Wanted to see Baba start instead of Brana but otherwise I'm quite happy with the team.

Delighted that Pedro and JT are starting, I would have liked to see Baba in for Ivanovic, but I can see why Jose has gone with the experience of Brana, hopefully he'll pick himself up. Hazard needs to really assert himself today

Third game running Jose shuffle his attacking midfield options on the bench.

Good to see RLC and Traore making the bench, no point having those players if they're not going to be in the squad.

Pedro straight into the team, stark contrast to when we signed Salah and Cuadrado. Despite only having a couple of days at the club Mourinho has faith and confidence in the signing which gives me confidence he'll do well for us.

Wonder if Zouma is as much to do with Cahill's nose problem as a tactical shift? Still, I'm glad something defensively has changed.

No Rhaman in the squad is disappointing though.

Pulis hasn't sorted them out yet, and no Berahino, so there couldn't be a better time to be going to The Hawthorns. An early goal and we should stroll this one.

Exactly the team I'd have liked to see being as Oscar is still injured, I wouldn't have dropped Cahill as I think if Pedro is on the right then Ivan won't be pulled out of position so much and we could see last seasons Ivan soon enough, meaning Cahill won't be wondering where he is so much, no problems with Zouma starting though and rotation of our CBs could be a good idea.

 

Lets get the season up and running today boys.

I am shocked how many people expect Ivanovic to be dropped. He is vice-captain, a leader with great character and last but not least -  premier league's team of the year member. Rahman, with all my respect, is nobody. Has anyone heard about him before his arrival? I doubt that.
