The fact that Ivan stayed on and Azp was subbed showed Jose hasn't got a freaking clue.

So what has gone wrong for us to see such a horrid start? Jose' has some of the blame no doubt but none of the starting 11 have performed at all.   Need a serious team talk and a few heads to role. 

Really worried about Hazard, just has done nothing in the opening games.

Embarrassingly sh*t is the only way I can describe that 'performance'. Palace played well but I don't care. They could play the best game of their entire history and we should still easily beat them.

 

Don't get the team selection at the start as Brana was obviously gonna get murdered again today with the pace from their wingers. Bringing Kenedy on was good but utterly pointless to put him at left back. Baba could have come on and would have more likely known what position to be in for that 2nd goal and it doesn't happen. Not a slight against Kenedy as he looked good but what's the point in him being able to beat 2 players at left back. Much better if he's doing that further up the field.

 

Fabregas had another poor game and just seems undropable. I know he can produce a magic ball at the drop of a hat but he hasn't done that properly for months. RLC had so much more energy and drive towards goal in his play when he came on. Costa was decent but had no service. Hazard was poor again, not the same player yet from last year who would run past players for fun and be the heartbeat of our attacking play.

 

We have looked the same in every game this season and the first 2 or 3 even you can argue that it's just the start of the season. 4 games in though and you can't be playing like this.

Ivanovic would have to score 4 own goals in one game to get dropped.

Ivanovic really must have played his last game for Chelsea for the foreseeable. I'm not the greatest fan of Mourinho but surely even he has to see his favourite has been atrocious this season (and not too good last season IMO to be honest) and should be dropped. Woeful stuff but deserved. The next couple of days will be interesting.

Might see RLC, Baba and Kenedy get a chance because the regulars just ain't cutting it.

9 goals conceded in 4 games and 2 goals+ in each game. Something has to be done, starting with removing Ivanovic.

Embarrassingly accurate. 

Kenedy was great showed balls and talent. Wasn't scared to have a go. Showed skill too the elastico was lovely and the confidence to turn the player when he was the last man was great to see. Unfortunately everything else was a shambles. Falcao took his goal well. But that was the only positive thing he did since coming on the rest was leaving the ball for no-one and performing a goal line clearance in front of Palace's goal. Hazard looked poor all game showed no intent. Pedro wasn't so bad in my opinion was positive when he received the ball. Ivanovic was mauled as expected. First goal came from his side. And the second because of his decision to allow Zouma to stand the man up in the right back position.

Ivan will not get dropped unless he's injured. 

We badly need a new midfielder, someone who can give the defense some protection. Fabregas doesnt have the legs to do it.

I could cry after this. Absolutely pathetic, and the title is slipping away from us and we aren't even in fecking september. Completely stunned.

Next game there have to be major changes, bring in a CM no matter what. My opinion:

Awful performance, what the f**k is this sh*t ? Team looks like they have lost their bottle.

 

Hazard, lazy, doesn't look interested.

Fabregas, weak, slow and can't seem to pass anymore.

Matic, clumsy.

Willian, runs a lot but does f**k all else.

Costa, trying but not getting any help from his team.

Ivanovic.......i don't even know where to begin.

 

Our key players are out of form and aren't putting the required effort in.

 

You can't win the league this early but you can certainly lose it and we are already dangerously close to that point right now. 4 games in and we have nearly lost as many games as we did throughout the whole of last season. This start couldn't have been much worse.

Alright thats it, time to start playing Ivanovic in midfield and hope that PSG buy him for 50 mil.

We ddidn't deserve it today. Palace were the better team. So many players have not performed recently. It was just like in the previous games. 

We need to change the line-up.

This might be the worst title-season winning hangover I've ever witnessed.

 

Jose certainly has his favourites - he keeps playing Ivanovic and Ivanovic keeps on getting owned by whatever moderately pacy winger he is up against. Dropping him would solve at least some of our problems.
