September 29, 201510 yr Defo a City fan, he's got Ya Ya on the brain. All I can see/hear when I read his posts is Darcey Bussell from when she first started Strictly and kept saying 'ya' 'ya' after everything. Both insanely annoying. Ya get me?
September 29, 201510 yr When I look at the squad, it's between 23-28 overall with some exception like terry, zouma... That overall age is the golden time for players.. It's a group of players who have won the league last season so I fail to see how we have a serious need of reinforcement.. and btw, no.. sitting 15th in the table doesn't justify the need for that.. obviously it's an abnormal situation on why we're nowhere near the top of the table.. little to do with our quality that..

September 29, 201510 yr who did city buy again? they way ya go about it as if ya got different information than mine.. I'm also quite baffled on the 'Replacing part', as if it only happened at chelsea.. Where are dzeko, milner, jovetic now? Just because other paid over the odd doesn't mean we have to just so that your man can have an easy ride.. Dzeko and Jovetic are on loan and thus can be recalled if truely needed but besides that, the reason they are loan is also the same reason why they didn't bring in a striker, they are already set with Aguero and Bony, two 30m+ plus rated strikers. Milner was replaced by Delph. So who did KDB and Sterling replace? Who did Otamendi replace? What departed players evened up that 130million investment? Then ya must be suggesting to keep spending a fortune every single season regardless on whether club needs it or not.. sensible thought of the club well being that in fincancial fair play era..Do you eve follow the sport? FFP has been relaxed hence the Manchester spending sprees. Even if it werent, we kind of won enough prize money to justify another big spending on a key player.Plus as clearly stated by FC, think it's a pretty stupid thing to assume the club didn't need investment. The end of last season made that clear and if not, the fact the champions are sitting 15th after 7 games makes it even clearer. You clearly don't rate Mourinho, but did you rate SAF? Cause many would say he was the best manager to ever grace the game and it was his firm belief that even after an amazing season you had to bring in fresh blood to prevent complacency and to improve further, not allowing the oposition a chance to catch up. September 30, 201510 yr by that I take it you allude to the manager being at fault this season who was the same one that won the League last year ??? If ya have waited until now to finally reach that conclusion then then ya got a lot to keep up.. It's pretty obvious that I hold mostly the manager responsible for the mess from the very start of my post..

It's a season long loan and does it matter whether it's a loan or permanent sale? The point is they won't be available for city this season so sterling and kdb taking their places in the squad, try to work out that 25th men squad quota, had they still be at city, can those 2 came as registered players?? Delph maybe bought to replace milner but in reality has he? He's out injured if I'm not mistaken.. We're discussing the kind of start chelsea have and others and in this case city, Only sterling was regular for city before their defeats which mean it's pretty much the same side from last season.. Actually, as soon as both kdb and otamendi being introduced to the team, that's like 3 defeats out of 4 games went for city.. Still think their expensive signings being the main reason for their blistering start? Chelsea squad is regarded as 1 of the best out there and even if there is a drop in standard, still no in blue hell for the club languishing at 15th.. Ya're just desperately finding excuse for your man..
September 30, 201510 yr I hope Mourinho doesn't go, I don't think he deserves to go. I would even give him the benefit of the doubt should we fail to make top 4. However IF he does leave, I would love to see guardiola here tbh. I know it's a somewhat unpopular view on these parts, but I would be interested to see if guardiola could turn us into one of the best possession sides in football. We don't really have an identity anymore on the pitch. We used to be strong physically, well organised, and with enough quality to trouble the very best. I know there's a few complaints about how boring tika taka is, but I thought his barca team were incredible to watch at times, and what was boring for me, was the media obsession with it, more than watching barca play.
September 30, 201510 yr Define "northener"..to me it means anything north of Inverness! And they definitely don't say YA! I live in Manchester and we use ya when talking fast. Or at least the people I know do. Same with the scousers
September 30, 201510 yr I used to watch a lot of martial arts films, a lot of the Karate/Kung Fu experts used to use the word Ya...perhaps it's a way of bringing out his inner chi or he's typing from the dojo. Sorry I can't make any more sense of it than that but to be honest I can't make any sense of any of the other words in his posts. Mayosnoun would have a better description than I for how I see them. Nice to see some people taking a wind up merchant seriously on here though, passes the time between matches.
September 30, 201510 yr He made a lot of mistakes this season, that's why we are where we are right now. But put emotion aside, anyone really think another manager would get us out of this sh1t, and being moderate success this season and next? It's up to Jose to fix this sh1t, unless he decides to walk away, which I doubt it. Carlo won't be coming back, Klopp just had a shocking season that's why he's on leave. Then you get to the unknown and untested managers, you may as well hire Grant back. Let's pretend there's a perfect alternative manager out there, he will need time to adapt, play his own style of football buy his own players, we are pretty much back to where we were when Carlo got sacked. The first time the new manager loses a game, we will be saying Jose would have done this and that to win the game. This is not the time to sack the manager, sack the players are a different game through. We are just so spoiled with success in the last decade, lose a few games and we are looking at the next manager again. Jose needs to fix this now, it's up to him, don't leave this in another man's hands.
October 1, 201510 yr I live in Manchester and we use ya when talking fast. Or at least the people I know do. Same with the scousers Most people say "yi" or something that sounds like it but I've never seen anyone write it. Similarly often "I" sounds like "ah" but nobody writes if like that. e.g. If yi wanna buy me a whisky, ah'm willin.
October 1, 201510 yr It could well be that Jose stays or goes depending on if the fans remain with him or turn against him. Most of us love Jose but do we love him more than JT? If he continues to leave JT out will that make a difference? if he persists with Brana and Cesc to the degree that the fans turn on them what is Romans reaction? Personally speaking I do not need to see us win something this season in order to continue backing Jose. However I cannot say I support his choice to leave JT out.
October 1, 201510 yr If a fan criticizes the manager, you shouldn't proclaim he's isn't a proper fan/not the fan of the club or 'insult' his accent. He's entitled to his opinions just as you are to yours. That said, Jose is the logical choice to coach chelsea because sacking won't improve anything given the low number of high reputation coaches out there. But those criticizing Jose do have some points. The Eva issue was his fault and shouldn't have gotten to her losing her job, dropping terry and keep playing Iva and Cesc despite their poorer performances. Tbh I think Jose is being stubborn with them, he follows the media, he reads and sees what they say, its glaring for all to see. He just doesn't want to accept it and its costing the team.

Rhetorical question. Why do people join a fans forum to launch into criticism.
