October 2, 201510 yr If he loses 2 more matches anytime soon I believe something needs to be done and sadly in that case I think we need new manager. We need wins not draws or we will end up in the middle of the table. That is quite a spoilt attitude, two more matches indeed! A new manager? Who? Why? How do you think a new manager would make any difference? And, if we end up in the middle of the table, who will die? No-one. As long as we don't get relegated, I'll accept the season. If we get relegated, I'll be more disgruntled, but it won't affect my relationship with the club. FFS, the 2nd of October and some of you people are so self-entitled and spoilt that you are prepared to throw all your toys out of the pram. I hate to say this, but it looks to me like most of the Jose-has-to-go posters appear to be a) relatively young/new supporters, and/or b) some of the more distant members of our world-wide fanbase. I'm not saying they are wrong because of either of those facts, I'm saying they are wrong because they are just plain wrong. Stick with Jose for the season. Let Roman decide on the success or otherwise of the season at the end of it. Then, if Roman decides Jose has to go, so be it. I still think that would be a mistake, in any case. But to cry out for a change this early in the season is just insane.
October 2, 201510 yr You contradict yourself mate. Dropping/selling players cos he 'lost' faith won't bring stability rather more upset into the squad. If recent rumors have an iota of truth to them (only criticizing certain players) then I would be extremely disappointed in him. Some say he dropped JT to pass across a message, I ask, what message? Is passing a message more important than morale of the squad? Or having a seasoned leader on the pitch? Well we shall find out in as time goes by... Sorry no contradiction there. Stability was about the manager. We cannot keeping changing every 5 minutes. Players have run the club for too long. If they cannot accept JM being the boss they need to move on. Do not care who decides that. In my job if i hated my boss etc i would move on. Simples. The only stability we need to the players is that we move on the dead wood and progress with a new/younger squad. One that moves forward as a squad and not individuals throwing toys out of prams. I don't want JT leaving but he has to accept the situation. He will be a boss one day!
October 2, 201510 yr ^^^ word salad. ^^^ doing it wrong. Jose is not infallible and he does make mistakes. Not once in this entire topic have you provided a sensible reason to release Jose and/or any benefits this would bring to Chelsea. Again, after failing on so many posts, you have also not provided a solution or individual to replace Mourinho and again the benefits of such a change to our club. Once you have stopped scrambling about this forum for any slight hint of relevance, please try and answer any of the points above, champ. Oh boy, I have plenty of reasons on why I don't think he's the man: -His trademark style is negative footie, -more often than not he's doing a PR disaster, -a bad loser in a really bad way, -always have that small team mentality when up against the big team, -unbelievable favoritism & unjustified, -and lately like I mentioned in my very 1st post which escape ya somehow, he's losing that tactical edge that he once had.. There ya go, Now whether those are sensible reasons or not is of course vintage point.. Anyway, could there really be any sensible reason to rid him for 'jose knows it best' fanatic dimwits? I doubt it.. And as for that 'failing on so many posts', do ya think I come here to convince the likes of ya to have the same view of that man as I do? I'm not that naive to not understand this is a free world nor I'm not that childish to throw the toys out of the pram when someone doesn't like what I like.. Pep Guardiola next summer, never know when ya never try.. There will sure be obstacles along the way but roman and I will eventually get what we want which is the success of the club with exciting footie style, no stopping it..

October 2, 201510 yr Oh boy, I have plenty of reasons on why I think he's the man: -His trademark style is winning footie, -more often than not his words are turned into a mega-story by the tabloids -a good winner in a really good way, -always secures important results when up against the big team, -built a team of unbelievable winners who are still in our squad today -and lately, we're in poor form Just made a few changes. That's how i see it anyway. Not saying every decision he makes is the right one, nor every team selection the right one. However, it's the right decision more of the time than any other manager in world football, which is why he's the best.

October 2, 201510 yr We are in a period of poor form and it is not good however it does happen and it is all part of football. Our squad are too good for this to go on for too long, good results will come soon enough and as for our manager he is the best in the world and I will be singing his name tomorow and I still will if we lose.
October 2, 201510 yr ........ And as for that 'failing on so many posts', do ya think I come here to convince the likes of ya to have the same view of that man as I do? I'm not that naive to not understand this is a free world nor I'm not that childish to throw the toys out of the pram when someone doesn't like what I like.. ....... Well...you're doing a banged up job so far....
October 2, 201510 yr I think we all agree that, with the manager we have, the players we have & the fact we won the league comfortably ( in the end) last season we should be doing better. the fact that we aren't is quite concerning. I don't think this is a blip. Something is fundamentally wrong. There must be some sh*t going on that we will never know about. Something has to give & history tells us when the manager loses the dressing room, he's the one who goes. I honestly believe this to be the case, J.T will be a big player in the outcome of this mess. I think Jose is on borrowed time, wouldn't mind his severance pay though. PS Hope I'm wrong.
October 3, 201510 yr has anyone else mentioned dortmund making that amazing run in the CL then a season later ending up mid table. sh*t can happen like that, but of course for the strength of squad we have, and the money spent season after season on top players, we should be making top 4 at least every season...
October 3, 201510 yr well to be fair to klopp, dortmund was never a fancy club to begin with when he took over.. losing a couple of critical players through sale and injuries certainly didn't help matter, not too mention the remaining squad probably disjointed over lack of ambition from the board, I believe there wasn't even a payrise to sweeten things up.. However, having said that, the jury is still out for klopp...

However, having said that, the jury is still out for klopp... Dortmund are the second most successful club in Germany, they should never be in the relegation zone for half a season. Their squad wasn't that bad either.
October 3, 201510 yr Who gives a toss about Dortmund it's just a lazy comparison. Chelsea's problems are all i'm concerned about.
October 3, 201510 yr Dortmund are the second most successful club in Germany, they should never be in the relegation zone for half a season. Their squad wasn't that bad either. probably true that but were they that challenging that constantly go toe to toe with bayern 3-5 years prior to klop takeover? ya're probably right in saying they should have never been in that position, not saying klop should be lifted from any kind of blame but merely saying he had a case.. He did resign after all so that should suggest something was odd at their camp that season..
October 3, 201510 yr I don't think it is really a question of whether fans think Jose should stay or go. What is more significant is the question of whether Roman thinks he should stay or go. They say the table never lies and at the moment it doesn't. According to the table we are the fourth worst team in the league. Based on what we are producing on the pitch I wouldn't argue with that. We are a million miles behind City in terms of football and form, and a million miles behind United in terms of players fighting for results and getting them despite not playing well. There are many players both off form and also not looking overly bothered about it. Is Roman looking at the sword hanging on his wall and considering it? You better believe he is. Who, amongst us, regardless of our own views on it, would be surprised if Jose was out of a job before our next game?
October 3, 201510 yr Whether you want him to stay or not, most odds point to him being sacked today or in the next coming days
October 3, 201510 yr I hope Roman has got 11 swords. With the exception of maybe Begovic and Willian it is hard to argue with that.
October 3, 201510 yr As I predicted, Mourinho wouldn't last past Christmas if he remained stubborn in playing favourites and in team tactics which predictably results in more losses than wins. Now it's a a question of when Roman wields the axe.......
October 3, 201510 yr I want Mourinho out, how can he not see that Ivanovic is not good enough and that our central midfield pairings dosen't work. Its not that hard to understand that you need to control the midfield to improve your chances to win games. Since he didn't bother to strengthen an obvious weakspot this summer, then he needs to change our formation to 4-3-3. I could also mention the stupidity of buying Falcao, but I'm to fed up to write anymore tonight.
October 3, 201510 yr There is something severely wrong at our club, Jose has lost the dressing room by the looks of it. Sadly I believe he will go, what punishment for the overpaid players? Nothing!! We may never know what went wrong but most of us will always be fond of Jose.
October 3, 201510 yr Honestly he should put Zouma at left back and azpilicueta at right back if playing Baba is such a risk.
