Well fair play to Southampton as they fully deserve the 3 points. Chelsea needs ..well I don't know what they need as I don't think who else can do better ? Hiddink ? Klopp ? Karanka ? If some of the players have stopped playing for Jose and the team then ship them out when you can regardless of who they are because if they'll do it now they'll do it again for anyone who comes in after Jose. I have faith that Chelsea can turn this around and make a run at top 4, cup runs, etc .. Week off and lets get back to work.

If Jose were not a football manager he would have been admitted to the psych ward by now.  His delusions are becoming way too much to handle.  

The Team needs a Team selection overhaul ... inc. playing some of the young guns regularly ...

Unfortunately, Jose doesn't seem to be capable of doing it ...

Therefore, this slump will just continue ... Until the board room pull the trigger.

Folks have been chanting for Ivanovic to be dropped since after the Swansea match and yet his name is still the first on the team sheet. Also, January offers nothing in terms of top quality players which is what Chelsea needs desperately.

How about not letting the players who keep making individuals mistakes every game play?
