Oh boy this will be another f**ked up game for us...mane and tadic will exploit our f**ked up defence...sorry i dont hav3 a good feeling about this game...i can go with the following lin-up

Azpi zouma terry baba

Rameris matic

Willian oscar hazard

Remy (falcao has no confidence )

I hate Saturday evening kick offs, they never seem to go well for us ( that might be just my imagination though)

Urghh not looking forward to this at all.

JT set to start according to the mail. I would feel a bit more confident if that were true.

If JT started and Ivanovic was dropped I would be happy regardless of the result because at least it shows that we're trying to address the defensive problems.

2-0 Chelsea win.

Bego

Dave,  Zouma, JT, Baba,

Matic, Fab

Pedro, OScar, Hazard,

Remy

We'd all like RLC, Kenedy and Traore etc to get minutes but I don't see that as a realistic scenario at all.

We're going to dominate this, the team for me:

GK

Ivan -- Not Spanish -- Never played for Barca -- Never played for Arsenal

Left footed -- Blonde hair

Brazilian -- Not Cesc -- Belgian

Not Fabregas

Or:

Begovic

Ivan - Zouma/Cahill - JT - Azpi

Ramires - Matic - Oscar

Willian - Falcao - Hazard

If we start a run of 5 league wins (possible with our fixtures), we can be 2-3 points from the top with the games City and Utd have.

I dont think the problem is the back 4. I beleve its Matic. He is not protecting the back 4 as he did last season. Now he wants to be playmaker and shoot from god know where.

He needs to be the DM and gard that room.

Ivan can mabye have a trip on the bench but i dont see him as the problem

Taken from The Guardian's "10 things to look out for this weekend"

Don’t tell José Mourinho, but exasperating loyalty to under-performing players is a distinctly Arsène Wenger-esque trait. Actually, do tell Mourinho, as that may be the best way to convince him to drop Branislav Ivanovic this weekend. The Serb is one of the Premier League’s finest defenders of recent times and has given years of excellent service to Chelsea but he has been utterly hapless so far this season, much more so than the benched John Terry. It has been almost painful to watch a once-great defender be targeted by every opponent. Continually picking him does not appear to be doing him any favours and certainly isn’t helping the team. If Ivanovic plays this weekend, expect Sadio Mané and Dusan Tadic to take turns tormenting him, with the fit-again Ryan Bertrand raiding forward to join in the fun on a regular basis. The solution is not merely staring Mourinho in the face, it is grabbing him by the lapels and bawling “Cesar Azpilicueta on the right, Baba Rahman on the left” at the top of its voice. Mourinho’s refusal to pay heed is mystifying

From CFC twitter:

Jose says he has no doubt Ivanovic is his best right-back and no doubt he needs to improve his form

Edit: I'm sure Dave disagrees with that.

Well I guess that means Ivanovic starts

Can't he just improve his form on the training ground rather than costing us crucial points in the league

So expect Ivanovic to start agian then.

If Rahmaan is not good enough to play at LB, then why did we buy him for £21m?

Exactly. Maybe it wasn't a José buy and he's being proud, that's the only reason I think.

Considering Baba's age his states for Bundesliga last season were impressive. I know they don't tell the whole story but surely hint at his ability.

I'm staying a little positive in this.

Going with a 2 - 2 draw.

Coco has already drawn where the 2 goals will come from.
