Read and watched a few videos about his teams earlier today and he is definitly incredibly attacking. The fullbacks play like wingers and the defensive midfielder slot into the CB posistion to form whats pretty much a back 3 when his team has the ball. Don't see it working too well in England at all though.

The final decision will be made by Abramovich, technical director Michael Emenalo and director Marina Granovskaia, although the Russian billionaire has also taken soundings from former Chelsea manager Avram Grant.

Wow.

Don't know if that's the blind leading the blind or the parasitic hangers-on leading the meal ticket.

And of course they sent all correspondence to Telegraph. I mean, why wouldn't they, right?

You raise a valid point - could the hypothetical Chile expert also clarify how to pronounce 'Jorge'? My knowledge of Spanish phonemes is even worse than my knowledge of South American football.

Is it 'hor-heh' or 'hor-jeh' or 'jor-jeh'?

In England it's pronounced as George ;-)

Between Conte and Simeone according to reliable Di Marzio/Romano. We are in talks with both.

It's between Simeone and Conte, they have the same chance of signing.

I hope it's Simeone because he will break the Mourinho/Guardiola hold but I think it'll be Conte.

Conte would likely bring a better style of football. I haven't followed him at all though. I have heard he isn't afraid to use different formations so that could interesting as pep is known as a formation shifter. Conte also seems to be a great motivator so could be the exact person we are looking for if we want decent football, different approach to games and a man to motivate the players.

What makes everyone so sure Simeone will beat Jose and Pep? I feel like Im missing something....

There is not one stand out candidate for the job. Simeone has a good record in spain but he is more nutty than mourinho so he won't last. Sampaoli is not good enough.

I feel we are all going to be underwhelmed.

I heard from reputable sources that the board has approached Phil Brown. If we exit both cups after the next games then there's a strong chance he'll be appointed before March.

I don't care who the next manager is going to be............as long as they put more faith in the home grown youth players and do their job in a calm manner.

I do not want to see a big mouthed spic ranting and raving.

Phil Brown as next long-term manager? God helps us!!!

Wow! Nice racist comment!

Shouldn't be surprised if you're from Maidstone though, f**king hell!

Lucky there's no black guys linked with the job, right...

Take your caveman views onto another forum if you're going to talk like that

That's a bit Regionalist!!!

Just ignore it.

Once he's finished sodomising himself with a flagpole hoisting the flag of St. George outside Chimichangas, he'll head back to his cave and forge some primitive tools to smash his face in and cause further brain damage.

In a choice between Simeone and Conte, I'd take Simeone.

Didn't know much about Conte but just read up on him. 3 seria A titles is impressive.

Question is, which is the most impressive... 3 seria titles or 1 La Liga and a CL final?
