January 26, 201610 yr Maybe the reason the ref didn't award th Pen, was he knew Le'arsewipes would be down to 9 men.
January 26, 201610 yr Maybe the reason the ref didn't award th Pen, was he knew Le'arsewipes would be down to 9 men. If that turned out to be the reason then he should be sacked.
January 26, 201610 yr And the prize for the biggest whingers in the game continues to be awarded to the gooners...despite the vast majority of pundits, ex refs etc saying it was a red card etc, they refuse to accept it...step up next arsenal rep to look like a bitter twat: http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/490069/EXCLUSIVE-Diego-Costa-is-a-serial-cheat-and-should-have-been-sent-off-for-diving They can't except the truth, the defender wasn't looking at the ball or at Diego Costa, if they had half a brain they'd see that the defender was looking at the linesman when he makes the challenge, therefore he slides in oblivious as to where the ball is, he makes clear contact and Diego goes down. Granted he makes a bit of a meal of it, but there is no dive and it's a straight red as he's the last man, maybe they need to read the rules. Gooners have a nerve complaining when they should have been down to nine men and we should have had a pen, but the ref bottled it, probably because he didn't want to give a second yellow, which just sums up the corrupt FA and the officials. January 26, 201610 yr I just love it when we beat them. You just know that Wenger will be moaning about so called injustices and their supporters will be on meltdown mode.
January 26, 201610 yr Maybe the reason the ref didn't award th Pen, was he knew Le'arsewipes would be down to 9 men. Who would of been sent off then?
January 26, 201610 yr Lets face it there not as good as their deluded manager and supporters think they are.Clutterbuck was 5 yards from the Cesc penalty incident and looking straight at it,go figure.Costa didnt need to be clever for the sending off as the German slug was just plain stupid. We will continue to beat them while that idiot Wenger remains in charge.Hope Barca batter them over both legs.
January 26, 201610 yr I just hope Kompany comes back quick as that Arsenal team would be the worst ever to win the Premier league. Really don't understand why they don't just go and buy a good prem CB than the crap they spend loads on.
January 26, 201610 yr Oh Lawd...You must read this article by ESPN Goonie David Hirshey. Then gaze at the comments below the article. Just funny as sh*t to read from the pistols Great find. Thanks
January 26, 201610 yr Koscielny for two yellows Didn't think Koscieiny got booked? Ernie is right....Only gooner to get booked was flamini (not counting mertesacker's sending off)
January 26, 201610 yr Ernie is right....Only gooner to get booked was flamini (not counting mertesacker's sending off) And Flamini got away with one early on too for a late challenge on dave
January 27, 201610 yr a decade on and wenger still does not get it, a team of light weights, physical and mental, who can play tidy football if given the space, but against a well organized team who can" mix it" they are found wanting, onwards to mid table glory and a pop at the c.l. and fa cup, we are at our most dangerous when written off, part of the cfc culture.
January 27, 201610 yr So nice to finally see a match thread that I enjoy opening rather than run away from!
January 27, 201610 yr Did you know that Arsenal have gotten more red cards (3) than points (2) against CFC in the last 3 seasons? #WengerIsAGeniusShould be 4 reds. [emoji2] Gibbs/Ox (2013/14) Gabriel (2015/16) Cazorla (2015/16) Mertesacke (2015/16)
January 27, 201610 yr John Terry has overseen our dominance over North London clubs for 12 years, ever since 6th April 2004 when we went to Highbury and won 1-2 (Wayne Bridge winner) and ended the period of dominance they had over us. To dominate your biggest neighbours, season in, season out, you just have their number all the time, makes him an absolute L E G E N D Edited January 27, 201610 yr by coco
January 27, 201610 yr Ernie is right....Only gooner to get booked was flamini (not counting mertesacker's sending off) I thought that earlier in the game Koscielny had been booked. The commentators even said he had, but on review of the match stats on the BBC page, it's true...Koscielny was never booked.

It wouldn't surprise if it swung arsenals way for a few years when terry hangs his boots up. Fingers crossed that isn't the case.
