This second half performance has been one of the best of the season from us, we have been in complete control.

Utterly brilliant play by Fabregas.

 

There was about 3 or 4 absolutely world-class passes leading up to that and then Matic did well driving forward for Hazard to tap-in.

 

But I can't say just how brilliant Fabregas has been today. Pulled every string, made every player around him better, 3 assists, getting in the ears of players....an almost perfect performance.

 

I pray Conte builds the team around him like he did with Pirlo at Juve. Bournemouth haven't been at the races but he's dissected them apart time and time again.

Agree 100%, good analysis. I have been very surprised by Bournemouth in the second half; they were up for it in the first half, but have sat back too much in the second half. Too easy for us.

This is what happens when a team stands of a much better team of players.

Fabregas was unbelievably good today. Good they put in a good performance for the travelling fans. Happy for hazard to get back amongst the goals. Disappointed for rlc, traore, Miazga, and Kenedy.

Solid 3 pts against a lesser team; moves us up one place in the table.  I think the score line flatters us really and stronger team would have scored 4 or 5 against us. Defensively we were sh*te, (as we have been all season) and Kane and Co will run riot next week unless Gus can sort that out although hopefully JT might be back in the line up. 

 

Onward and upward....

Good game from us, especially the second half. Fabregas was awesome, definitely man of the match, imagine where we would be with him like this from the start....

 

Hazard finally scored which was good to see, even if it is too late in the season now.

If only every team would give Cesc that time and space

Not seen it but followed from afar...how refreshing to hear about a positive performance and delighted hazard has ended his drought...if he does stay here next season, vital he got that off his back before going into next campaign
