There are certain moments in football that can be said to be iconic, be it a great goal, a flashpoint or something bizarre. I can remember these better from 40 yrs ago than a game we played in the last couple of seasons.

I remember that goal - it caused quite a stir and I think it was ruled against the rules subsequently (maybe as the ball didn't travel a full rotation??).  But isn't it funny, I always thought it was Man City as I remembered the kit I guess!  

 

Edit - which is funny cos I didn't have colour tv in 1970!  I must've seen it subsequently then!
