This is a guy called Phil Hoadley who used to play for Palace see if you can notice something about both pictures.

Played for Orient, too, and scored a belter when they knocked us out of the FA Cup. Around 2 mins in below. There was a nationwide shortage of grass in the 70s, and clubs were forced to borrow ploughed fields from local farmers to enable games to go ahead.
