Where's that from?

Saw it on twitter, I've checked myself on the Arsenal website and sadly it looks like it was just an admin error. Welbeck is back to number 23 at this minute, but what are the chances of that? Out of all players it's Sanchez's number.

It could either be an error or someone who has spilled the beans. Interesting few weeks coming up...

It's probably just an error.

Why on earth would he want to join City though? Aguero, Sane, Bernardo Silva, David Silva, Jesus, De Bruyne, Sterling. That's 7 bloody attackers already in the team fighting for 3 positions.

Not to mention how sh*t Manchester is compared to London.

Come to Chelsea mate.

Odds dropped to 8/11 with SKYBET that he joins Citeh

Skybet are on a massive con, sky sports news releases a "breaking news" story, skybet drop the odds, loads of people pile on those odds, sky make money.

Reckon City would line up like this:

--------------------Ederson

Alves-----Otamendi---Stones-----Mendy

---Bernardo---Gundogan---de Bruyne

-----Sanchez------Jesus---------Sane

But that still leaves Aguero, Sterling and Silva on the bench. It's actually f***ing ridiculous their attacking options.

Bernardo Silva is a forward though, not a midfielder and it would be silly to misuse him that way. But then again we're talking about Pep here. He'd play Ederson at CF if he thought it was "tactical". Not even sure why a player of Aguero's caliber is being benched. If I were Sanchez I'd be looking at Chelsea or Bayern tbh.

Reading up on their forums, the general consensus is that he will be shoehorned into the midfield. Another Pep masterstroke. They didn't even need him in the first place.

Agree re: Alexis. Hate Bayern with a passion and would love if we could pip them to his signature.

If I was Conte, I would love to play that team. Infact I would wish I could play them every week.

They'd get wrecked

Lol not a single player that can defend and knowing pep I doubt the goalie would be any good either

For me, any side that would voluntarily leave David Silva out of their line up is out of every last one of it's collective minds. Based on the way Pep talks about Spanish Dave I can't believe he would even consider it. More likely that the little magician would be the first name on the teamsheet.

Which of course makes the Sanchez problem, should he join, a little bit harder still.

That team wouldn't even get into the top 4 in this league looks amazing on paper no defending capabilities at all. They probably wouldn't even score that many goals either

Lol that's a FIFA/video game lineup only children and teens could conjure up. That said, I think Pep's main goal is to deprive the top clubs of quality attacking players more than attempting to win the league at this point. Ofc, that team either wins 10-9 or lose 9-10

Good shout. It's definitely a toss up between Leyton Orient and Crawley Town.

I think Leyton having a BBQ express takeaway will swing it their way.

Why would Arsenal sell to Citeh and not us?  Why would Sanchez choose Manchester over London when he reportedly likes London?

I could understand LeArse not selling to another EPL club, but if he is available we should be in a really strong position.  Maybe Sanchez wants to work with Pep again, but did that go so well last time?
