Chelsea Kits for the 2017/18 season

Yep - that's what I was referring to, the third kit.  We were discussing ways they could improve it.

Something electric  I quite like that bright yellow on last season's black kit. Not too much of it though :sign0195:

Oh dear. Chelsea away top on top of City shorts. When I first saw the sky blue colour I was about to be sick, but luckily spotted the City badge. Panic over.

I really like the home kit. It's simple, it's basic, it's plain. Adidas were always trying to add a little something to the kit which made it 'unique', and more often than not, ruined it. This is a return to minimalism, which to me, is wonderful. Our best home kit in years.

....although saying that, the sleeves could be the same colour as the actual shirt.

Are these genuine, i mean whats the fecking point of a huge Kit announcement for both us and Spurs, when they appear somewhere on show in NYC, doesn't make sense!!!

Yeah not a fan of the kits on show on mannequins where they're all droopy n sh*t, at least make them look presentable instead of some slop. They will look slicker on the players I am sure, but agree with your sentiments.

What are they doing in a store before the official start date? I'm sure the club aren't happy that they are not the first outlet to sell it. Remember when you could pre order and it was delivered on th launch date. This shambles makes it look unprofessional, especially with the kits mixed up in the shop.

I think pre-ordering can't be offered if there's a switch to a new shirt sponsor or new kit manufacturer. But the shop thing is insane: personnel is obviously clueless about clubs   Would they put a NY Jets helmet on a 49ers outfit? No!

People keep moaning about the store not setting up the kits right bla bla use your noodles stores get in advance so they can sell on release day they are under contract not to display until the release date, the mannequins were obviously for other kits, an employee at night has put in the new shirts taken a pic and put them back, you think a store that gets things exclusively are that f**king useless.....it's also clearly not the Nike store with under armour badges in the background and adidas shorts on one of the mannequins, call me f**king Sherlock Holmes but I just have a hunch

Only big change I'd love to be able to do is be able to change the color of the yokohama red logo. I'm certain it's contractual but one can dream.

Do you know Chelsea traditional away kit is red? Not sure why people get caught up on this no red in the shirt nonsense

I like them, my only issue is that they are the same as every other team wearing nike.. with just the colours to differentiate.

It has been the same since the mid 1970s anyway. When admiral,Umbro and adidas to name three kit manufacturers back then had a kit design template and the only difference was the colours. eg The Coventry City and Wales strips from 1977/78.
