Excellent performance. Very composed and never looked losing.

After the blip of the first game, things are looking better now.

no gonna lie, think we let them off the hook. we could and should have been 4 or 5 goals up in this game considering it was a tired everton team. great win nevertheless.

Solid win that. Lacked concentration in dangerous area's at times, but other than that, we did everything right. Deserved win and dominant against a team who will give top sides a tough game on another day.

Pretty routine win. 3-0 would have been a fairer reflection of the game IMO but can't complain. You can tell that we're still missing Hazard's goals though.

Even though it's early doors Morata looks like a good replacement for Costa. Too early to compare directly with Costa but he certainly looks an aerial threat (never a Costa strength).

Hard to play brilliantly against a sloppy sponge with no real ambition other than trying to stop you. We aren't Brazil '70 yet but we are a team with a good balance of water carriers, warriors and the occasional genius. Love your team, love your players............all of them! KTBFFH.

Very good win, completely dominated the entire game and should really have had more goals. Fabregas and morata seemed to be on the same wavelength already, willian was excellent first half, he was everywhere. Pedro again showed how important he us for us too, defenders just don't seem able to read his movement.

Great performance today. We looked up for this right from the kick off. Only criticism is that we should've been more ruthless in front of goal. This game should've been 5-0 we were completely dominant.

Anyway 3 points. Things are looking up. Hopefully by the time we play again we have Hazard back on the bench at least and 2-3 new signings.

GET IN!!!!!

Courtois - 6/10 - One save to make all game.

Alonso - 7/10 - A few good runs and crosses, not massively involved
Rudiger - 6/10 - Did okay
Luiz - 6/10 - Don't remember him having much to do
Azpilicueta - 5/10 - Good cross for Morata, but otherwise looked sloppy
Moses - 5/10 - Not much to do going back, going forward made some poor choices

Kante - 8.5/10 - Standard performance
Fabregas - 8/10 - Took his goal well and generally good performance

Pedro - 6.5/10 - Typical Pedro performance - some moments of pace and quality, let down by poor decision making and final passes
Morata - 7/10 - Took his goal well, and good knock on for the first, struggled I thought in the first half with his hold up play, improved a bit in the 2nd
Willian - 7.5/10 - First half was very good, bit quieter in the 2nd

Didn't think any of the subs did enough to warrant a rating.

We've beaten Everton on the last three occasions scoring a combined 10 goals without conceding.

We seem to enjoy playing them under Conte.

UTD had easy games don't get a top 5 competitor until mid october, by which time we will have played 3 Top 5 they will fade away when the hard games come, city looking tepid, honestly not nearly as worried as I was after Burnley, by Jan we will be top.

Those are harsh ratings. Nobody deserved under a 7 in a game that we totally dominated and kept a clean sheet in.

Tbf Everton was probably tired from the travelling but you can only beat what's in front of you.

Almost everyone had a good day. Willian, as good as he can be, seems to be on a different wavelength sometimes. He'd pull off audacious backheels that caught everyone by surprise including our players. Pedro, Moses, Willian and Morata need to work a bit more on their finishing because Everton was there for the taking today. Fabregas was great, really bossing the game and Kante bar misplacing a few passes was overall another 8/10. Defence was fine bar Azpi giving the ball away, Tibo had 1 save and 1 caught corner otherwise he had nothing to do today. Hazard would have tore this Everton team several new one if he was on form.

Needed that win before the international break to end on a high.

We need a cover for Moses, he's beginning to rack up yellows.

I didn't think the defence really had much to do, so its hard to give them high ratings. Everton did f**k all, all game. Maybr Rudiger could be a bit higher.
