Tunisia  been dirty cheating f**kers from the off.

disagree - Tunisia has show plenty of skill - also I think the defense personnel decisions by Southgate are questionable - I think Belgium match will show the flaws of this English side

Poor game, after a bright start.

Fail to see what Lingard, Sterling or Henderson bring to the team.

Alli should have been taken off much sooner, he was a passenger the whole 2nd half, and Loftus-Cheek did more in his 8 minutes than Alli did all game.

Rashford should have been on earlier as well.

England's only hope of making it to the knock-out stages are Harry Kane.

The group games are all about qualifying. Winning the first game makes it so much easier. We played well first half bar the finishing, second half we lacked energy and perhaps the fear of losing came in, Tunisia grew in confidence to hold on for the point. Stupid by Walker in giving the penalty away but we should have had a couple ourselves. The Germany defeat has possibly opened a route into the latter stages of the competition with them now on collision course with Brazil in the last 16 and it maybe better to finish second in our group. RLC played well when he came on, he could be a good option against tiring legs.

We had enough chances to bury this lot yet poor execution.

It got slow in the 2nd and McGuire was trying hard to give us an extra man in midfield yet it was the introduction of RLC that changed it. He could go round two of their players with a deft move and his chasing down got us the vital corner. Great 2nd by Kane reading the knockdown from McGuire.

A tricky obstacle overcome now on to the next.

I’m not saying England were amazing. Tunisia were time wasting, playing wwe in the box, always arguing/slowing down free kicks and generally showed poor sportsmanship. It’s just not something that sits well with me.

If 3 5 2 is the way we are going Vardy should be in over Sterling next match.

I think Vardy might be the man yet only if the opposition play a high defensive line as besides his pace he does not offer much. Leicester play to that strength.

I think your doing Vardy a disservice, he's a very clever footballer and has a habit of producing the goods when it matters.

Am I missing something about Lingard. I think he’s sh*t, just runs arround a lot, gets into good position s and misses chances.

He’s a player that slots in well when you want to play the kind of football that England is looking to play - High paced attacking football like first half, I think he’s a valuable player.

2nd half was frustrating, but I feel the fast football from 1st half will last longer than 45 minutes eventually.

Tunisia are sh*thouses, no sportsmanship at all, they were looking to stop the game whenever possible. So glad we f*cking beat them!

Panama will be a better game, they won’t sit back especially not after losing to Belgium which will give us more space to attack.

Overall I think it’s a great performance, on another day we would have won by 4 - 0 or more. Well done lads!

He is only good with a ball hit beyond the defense, great if you are playing counter attacking football yet not so good in other situations. His other strength as I see it is closing down the opposition defense which arguably he could have performed tonight.

Puel didn't play to Vardy's strengths atall yet he kept scoring on a regular basis.

Inconsistent officiating last night, not just the ref, but the three on VAR, the grappling of players in the penalty areas was allowed by ALL the officials, not just the two occasions on Kane which were played back on replay, but others were also taken out.

Now fair enough Walker had his own WWF move, the 'reverse clothes line', perfectly executed, and thanks to the Tunisian player for his operatics, they get the penalty.

But the WWF moves on Kane were text book take downs,.......... from the sport American football.

Come on VAR, you f**ked up last night, luckily justice was done, very late on, but i want VAR to work for everyone.

It would be usueful if each team had one VAR review in each half (2 per game), then when incidents like the grappling get missed by all those officials, then the players can call for a review (via team capt). Like they do in cricket, works well.

I really don't see the point of VAR, it's ruining the game for me. The ref either has to agree to use it for everything or not at all. The picking and choosing and waiting after each goal to see if you can celebrate is taking the excitement away. Kane had two stone wall penalty shouts yesterday that the referee didn't review.
