Thought it would be good to have a thread to discuss the pre-season matches. Line up just announced for our game against Perth Glory. 

Looks like 4-3-3, Barkley presumably being given the most freedom to get forward from the midfield. 

I know it's only a friendly but interesting to see certain players getting the nod to start ahead of Drinkwater, Bakayoko (£75m worth of signings last summer already deemed surplus?). 

Good chance for Hudson-Odoi to impress before the World Cup players return and if Willian is sold.

Fairly strong line up considering.  Interested to see how Jorginho goes, and hopefully the likes of Hudson-Odoi and Ampadu put in solid games.  Would have preferred Musonda to start over Pedro as well.

Every stream I found is showing the Soton game from last year. Maybe someone who has CTV can tell us if the coverage has started.

Yep, SBS have it.  It was the last channel I checked as well, so I was starting to stress that it might not have been on, haha.

A really big thing  out here, in the most isolated city in the world
