He simply demands as much from the people around him as he does of himself. So when he feels let down by the club (like he without a doubt were in 2017) he had a major problem with that.

There is no doubt we would be in a much better position right now if we had actually supported Conte and his vision.

That"s fair to a point but then when he didn't get everyone he wanted (and he was supported in some instances like Morata/Costa, Bakayoko) why didn't he just focus on getting the best out of what he had? I actually think his cup showings were good with a semi and a victory in the domestics and he got his tactics right vs Barca (if it wasn't for that generational genius on his very top form we would have gone through comfortably) but the league showing post January was truly abysmal and for me his attitude was the reason for that.

Sarri fecked off to a team with "better history" as soon as he got half a chance. Without a single word of thanks to the club or fans and one of his last things he did as Chelsea-manager was to dedicate on of our title to another teams supporters.

Some of Conte’s decisions in his second season were bizarre. We needed better players and he didn’t get them but any manager who is concentrating more on saying f**k you to the board than actually trying to win can do one.

Hilarious that you think Conte gives a single sh*t about us. The bloke spent a whole season disinterested and throwing a strop because he didn't get an extra £150m to spend. Then went on to sue the club, but yeah, obviously he's Chels through and through.

Yeah, and gave everything he had and thanked everyone of us when he left.

Last thing he did for the club was to win the FA-cup. But yeah, he clearly didn't give his all, he's just that good that he can win major titles without giving a sh*t.

He sued the club because we were being bellends and refused to pay the money he was entitled too. And won in court, he was entirely within his right to do it and i would have done the same thing.

I have zero respect for a prick who spent a season crying and stomping his feet like a 5 year old because he didn't get exactly what he wanted. Also, you seem to be ignoring that he wanted to dump us in the summer, actually went awol yet you slag sarri for leaving. Youre a hypocrite.

Isn’t Sarri walking into a job where the board just signs who they want, and the manager has to make it work? Rabiot & De Ligt are no way his signings, are coming in on some of the highest wages in the squad/Serie A so he has to play them. 

Hypothetically they will be lined up like this most games;

He will still face the problems he faced here though, the only difference is he will be managing bigger egos. Will be interesting to see how his like for like subs work when he has to win/chase games. 

Personally think they will be out of the CL at the quarter final stage again.

Conte was right, he proved he was right, his outrage on the board was justified and had it worked we would be in a much better position today. Pep and Klopp won nothing in their first season but their own clubs FULLY supported their vision and gave them all they had, now both of those teams can laugh at us knowing that they built something bigger that we can't follow.

By winning that FA Cup Conte proved he was right, he proved that he's above all a winner and that his way of making the team playing was correct. Sarri said he's going to a bigger club but Conte without saying ANYTHING BAD, showed that he was bigger than our board and our club, too good for us.
