Rightly so too. I mean who the hell even does that. The supposed 12th man in a football team booing the team in action is akin to Hazard booing Morata for every touch misplaced and every goal opportunity spurned.

Everyone will totally understand his frustration at the situation but will absolutely slaughter him for that lack of professionalism and team spirit. If those fans don't understand their role in the team, they should do everyone a favour and watch the games at home.

Using Hazard as my example as well is no coincidence. The way people hail and credit him for his importance in carrying the team, is the easiest way to relate the role and importance of fans to its team when in action.

Never a Sarri fan from the start but once pen to paper happened, as long as he was in that dugout I backed the team and wanted him to win. I admit to also feeling frustrated and unhappy but preferred to not watch games than stink up the place with a very poor attitude as a fan.

Sarri was a complete disaster and now it's become clear his head was already in Italy back at that point too so i wouldn't question a supporters heart for the club just because he may have booed the manager.

And sure, you can be of the opinion that they shouldn't have done it but questioning their support for the club for booing the manager who didn't even want to be here at that point is something else.

Sarri didn't respect our supporters (or anyone else for that matters) and he deserved everything he got from the stands towards the end as far as i'm concerned.

If i was in an army stood shoulder to shoulder facing defeat to an enemy, i would rather the people i stood next to obeyed orders and stood firm, not start gobbing off to Wellington you want him out !

I didn't once see the loyalty of the fans being questioned, just the judgement which quite frankly is fair game. 

If the main reasoning for booing Sarri was he didn't connect with the fans why did Jorginho, a man who tried with us to a point he put his mother in the crowd, receive similar treatment?

I called them morons for booing sarri for taking of RLC who has a known back injury the coach was managing. 

Then played him in a glorified kick about in the states that has put him out for next season.

Then again was that Sarri's decision? you would think so.

No, but it doesn't take a lot to be respectful and appreciative of the fact that he got to coach a top team in the Premier League that also got him his first trophy. A simple thank you would have gone a long way. Even Conte thanked everyone when he left in spite of being sacked and filing a legal suit against the club. It's an example of your character, really.

A victory? For whom? More like bitterness from the likes of you.

Seems we're spending a lot of time and energy talking about a manager who we now know saw us as a stepping stone, didn't want to be here, and has now gone off to manage Juventus.

It appears he didn't he didn't care much about the supporters, and he got a similar reaction in reply by some.

And despite all the negativity, the Kepa incident, the reluctance to play youth, the stubbornness, a near non existent pre-season, the public calling out of the squad's mentality, and the predictability of the substitutions, we still finished third, one place behind the team that achieved a record number of points to not win the league, we lost in PK's in a final against the two time successive league champions, and we won another European trophy in a game that meant way more to our opponents than it did to us.  There may be people that don't like him personally and/or don't like his management style, but in the end, he leaves us having achieved a great deal.  He left us in a better position than we were when he came in.

While the people doing the dirty had formed out their own money to freeze their proverbials off in the arse end of nowhere on a Sunday evening with a 12 hour shift Monday morning 5am just to watch the most boring football witness at Chelsea for quite some time.

Manager leaves club after being booed for large parts for every substitution and decision he made, hears Fuk Sarri ball from the stands and you expect him to be nice about it. It's refreshing to have a manager who doesn't say what everyone expects him to say about his previous club. Wish him well and hope he's successful at Juve

I just feel bad for Frank having to inherit the stinky hobos office... Hope he brings form febreze with him. 

He jumped a sinking ship, who can blame him? 

I could never warm to Sarri, and I think yesterday's press conference validated everything I thought about him. He just didn't seem to fit in with the club for some reason and he always felt disconnected to us.

He was there to simply do a job but he had no emotional investment or attachment to the club and no willingness to embed himself into a proper Chelsea person or at least make the effort to feel like he was truly one of us. I felt that Mourinho and Conte had an instant connection with us when they were here, but I didn't feel this with Sarri.

I appreciate the good work he did in delivering us a Europa League trophy and securing a top 4 spot for us, but unlike most previous managers, I felt a sense of relief that he had departed the club.

I don't hate the man by any means, but there's no fondness either. I feel like he's going to be the sort of manager that won't be remembered in 5 or 10 years time the way we will remember Mourinho, Ancelotti, Robbie and Conte amongst others.

Which is completely reasonable, the fans were wrong and childish to boo a new manager in his first rough patch after a near perfect start to the season.
