It was the positioning that was all wrong. I don't think it was all on Alonso because Luiz didn't position himself well either.

Agreed, Herrera ran from the midfield - one of the midfielders should have tracked him. Having said that, Alonso should have read the danger

Not sure who was at fault for the goal ... Dave was nowhere to be seen in defence, Rudiger, Luiz and Alonso all moved across to cover Dave's gap, and then nobody picked up the Herrera run, so that bit was probably on Jorginho or Kovacic.
