Clown Lake more like Scouse Lake with that kind of victim mentality.

Enzo is good enough to clean Reece James' boots and go collect his free kicks that go over the fence in Cobham... Another way of looking at it, Fernandez only wins silverware when he plays with better players... Messi and or Reece James. Another question ill ask and answer, do we miss James or Fernandez more when not in the side. Definitely James. I also think Lauren James is better than Madueke and both brother and sister are proper chels... here endeth my viewpoint on this.

The PSG game was great but I’m not going to get too carried away by it.

Tbh before the game I was disappointed to see RJ in midfield but he had a good game as did everyone else. We caught PSG cold and the game was done after 40mins.

I hope RJ can get his full fitness back and return to his best position where he is world class.Much like the goalie I’m not going to let this game change my mind.

As for Enzo, I prefer him deeper. In games where we have lots of the ball and he can play passes without to much defensive responsibilities. There will be plenty of those.

Otherwise I’d play Lavia and or Santos. Enzo is a completely different player so he has a place in the squad. We clearly overpaid but that’s not his fault. He shows effort, passion and commitment which I like. COYB.

Forever tainted by his transfer fee.

Enzo has been more than decent being an almost ever present in 14 wins from 16 matches.

The better we get the better he gets but he’s no longer an automatic pick. He’s got genuine competition for his place now and we’ll see what he’s made of. I think he’ll be with us for the foreseeable.

FYI I don’t dislike him, I love his leadership qualities and him backing his team mates. I just personally think he’s a luxury player for what we need.

He's strong, he's mobile, he works hard, he's one of the best counter pressers at Chelsea and one of the better in the league (for a striker), he's on a long contract on low wages, he's one of the most improved players over 12 months i've ever seen (comparing where he was when he joined till mid-season this season just finished), if we did sell him it would be at a substantial transfer profit representing excellent value for the club.

He needs to keep his head better both in finishing and not getting silly (red and yellow) cards. But i'll take a player "trying too hard" over a lazy Madueke or Nkunku who don't track back or contribute defensively as much.

I backed Jackson for a season and a half but the most improved player you’ve ever seen???

I can pick several in our own squad who have improved far more. Cucu, Enzo, Neto etc etc etc.

Jackson hasn’t improved. He’s actually regressed to the player we initially signed. His decision making hasn’t improved. His finishing hasn’t improved. His attitude hasn’t improved. His work rate is good but that’s about it
