I had us down for a point which would be a good result considering...but thinking long and hard I think our lot will be a disappointment today, somehow this season we just haven't turned up in the games that really matter. Even though only one or two players from 2014 will be around I'm sure all the talk in the press will give the Liverpool players something to think about, although the slip of 2014 doesn't mean squat really; they'll want to do this for Tommy Smith.  They'll come out fast overwhelm our pathetic defence and want to grab an early couple of goals, from then on in its just a matter of how many.  Hope I am wrong though and the the CFC of old show up and show some fighting spirit rather than curl up in a ball and cry... 

Hope City beat Palarse today double the pressure on the scousers and hopefully they'll bottle it.

How is it childish? Its just part of football. We all have clubs we dislike more than others so we want to see them lose, and one of the best feelings is seeing your own team beat a team you dislike and ruin their chances to win trophies.

Are you saying you didn't get much out of the day Gerrard slipped and we beat them 2-0? Or when Hazard scored the equaliser to secure the Premier League title for Leicester? Outside of us winning trophies, those two moments were up there with my best moments as a Chelsea fan.

i think not conceding early is a must, if they can keep it goal less into the second half, who knows, concede early and i think we are done

Honestly this season had many ups and downs but this game is the one where our team should be so eager to prove a point, I would be so hyped if I were CHO now...

Basically if we win Europa league, it will feel almost as good as stopping Liverpool winning the title today.

I'm sure our guys are thinking about what happened at the Etihad and not letting anything like that happen again - we've a chance today, the odds are against us but we have a chance
