Clearly a talented player but the way he moped around the pitch with his nose in the air was never endearing. Better off being a big fish in a small pond, didn't have what it took to play at an elite club.

Yes, he is talented. The best crosser of the ball in the squad by miles and maybe now we actually have a proper striker to aim for he could have made a difference. But I doubt it due to his attitude. One of those who will look good when the side is playing well and on isvtop, but completely anonymous when the team is up against it

Yep. I think it's a case of what he found easy in the Dutch league wasn't as easy in the tougher hurly burly of the PL.

Let's hope they don't find anything wrong in the medical like Saudi did

This is what, like the 4th time we've agreed to sell him? Wonder if he'll actually leave this time.

Apparently, he failed another medical.

At this point, his contract needs to be terminated. He's either failing it on purpose or there's something seriously up with him. Either way, he needs to leave. Really, really wish we had let him go to PSG in January.

Good riddance overall his contribution to Chelsea since he arrived was to keep a better player out of the matchday squad whenever he was in it !

Must be something serious if he keeps falling medicals at different clubs especially since the threshold tends to be different depending on the club doing the medical.

He passed his medical at PSG, so something dodgy is going on here for sure.

I'd say it's self sabotage but there's no way that Saudi club didn't at least match his Chelsea wages so I have no idea what's going on.

Galatasary have supposedly confirmed that he did in fact pass his medical and the other tweet was false information.

God knows what’s going on here , I don’t remember him being injured that much over the last 3 years either. Seems unlikely we will get any fee for him at all , best case scenario is a loan or contract termination I reckon.

The only justification for that would maybe be similar to Lukaku - not wanting to leave Europe.

Who knows. He passed the PSG medical not too long ago and they’d definitely have done a thorough job with it.

He actually didn't fail his Al-Nassr medical. The medical confirmed his history of knee injuries and Al-Nassr used this has a pretext to then reduce his wage offer, reneging on their original contract. In reality, they probably reneged on the offer because Mane was available.
