Looks a 10 game ban incoming for Cavani after his silly tweet. Stupid from him given that he’s just establishing himself In the side. The FA should follow the Suarez ban.

Those situations are completely different, cavani is more akin to what silva did and he got a one match ban. Of course it was stupid but It was 2 mates chatting sh*t, not a horrible little c**t racially abusing someone.

I can't read anywhere that says it could be 10 games, I see a possibility of 1 using Bernardo Silva as reference or 3 which is the rumoured standard punishment.

Apparently it's meant as a terms of endearment that is acceptable in his culture but it doesn't translate well to ours, it would be interesting to see how the FA handle this. By using the JT case as an example of "it doesn't matter the context but just saying the words is unacceptable", then he should probably be banned, if they want to be consistent.

I don't understand Arsenal fans criticism of their owners, they have a new stadium and have also spent 450m in the last 5 years with a net spend double of ours. In addition to this if you take into account the contracts they offered to Ozil, Auba, Sanchez (Even though he rejected it) & Willian, they've done everything required financially to support the Managers.

I think with Arsenal it is more of a cultural thing which is preventing them from truly challenging, from the outside it appears like a relaxed environment where everyone is comfortable. They didnt appoint Mourinho because the fans didn't like his style of football well its a good job they went with the exciting brand of Arteta-Ball. They certainly need a Mourinho like figure to go in and ruffle some feathers.

They do have terrible ownership from a fan perspective. Arsenal is basically a hedgefund, minimal investments and tidy profits, the owners don't care about challenging for titles as long as they hit the safety net of profits.

But you are right, they act as though they can't spend money. The fact is, they've wasted a f**k load of money, 80 million on that Pepe is criminal, they keep buying sh*t, they're 2nd to that Ed Woodward at United when it comes to signing sh*t players. And their fans don't help with the fact that they hype their players to ridiculous levels, only to be disappointed. The amount of "Pepe is better than Pulisic" bull sh*t I heard from radio shows, social media, forums etc. Only for them to once again look like morons as usual.

Fulham turned Leicester over away, did not see that coming.

WTF is going on this season? That should have been a 100% home banker - Fulham are sh*te and I thought they would only raise their game for their big game of the season against us.

My Fantasy jink strikes again. Transfer I made this week was to replace Lloris (as I thought we'd put a few past him) and replace with Schmeichel  who I thought would have a clean sheet and a cigar on.

I like it, it's good to see some normality returning to the league. The league for the past few seasons has been very predictable, this season feels a lot more competitive.

I dont. Not enjoying Spurs and Liverpool joint top nor the blades rock bottom on 1 point. Nor United surging up behind us.

Even Arsenals latest failure was not enjoyable after that sickening injury to Jimenez

JT just got a yellow card 😁. Anyway Jack Grealish is a brilliant talent but his falling over is just so frustrating. His style is 'slow down and go down'.

Fulham been a little bit unlucky tbh with certain games, nearly turned it around against Leeds and Everton, through it away against Sheffield United and hammers, maybe they aren’t that sh*te after all.

People only complain about VAR when it's not going their way. You don't hear Ole complain about the extra penalties and re-take just because the first try failed. I have sympathy for Villa, who's been on the wrong end quite a few times, but seriously, did Liverpool complain about it too?

Not last season they thought it was great. Not so much now.

The offside calls are really silly imo. We want to see goals, not them disallowed cause someones arm is offside.

I think we’ve all had enough of goals being disallowed for toenails being offside, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Yes offside is offside but like us fans say until we’re blue in the face, it’s supposed to be clear and obvious, but it never is.

So last night he was given offside because of his shirt sleeve, is that what were being told? Thats utterly moronic and should be the end of all this VAR sh*t.

There are some things just plain wrong and it happened to Bamford of Leeds, he sees the man on the ball points to where he wants it, gets it and scores.

VAR judges offside due to Bamford pointing.............. YOU CAN'T SCORE WITH YOUR HANDS THAT'S HANDBALL!

Jurgen Klopp seems to be really struggling to cope with the pressure. He has started attacking broadcasters and other managers (Chris Wilder for example) re the fixture congestion and lack of fit players blah blah blah....but wait a minute he knew all this was going to happen yet decided not to strengthen his squad in the summer be it in quality or quantity claiming it would be unfair to his fantastic squad who were albeit irreplaceable. Other teams moved quickly and quietly to make their preparations some with big budgets some with small, we took the precaution of bringing Petr Cech back as Keeper no 4. Now we are only a quarter of the way through the season and he is complaining that he might run out of players. I wonder how the owners view his lack of planning. And to blame broadcasters for an injury to the ageing Milner is ridiculous - surely of all people he would have had cover for him. Does he think he is the first manager ever to experience fixture congestion?
