Just watching Man Utd against Villarreal and they are second best all over the field. Still 0-0 though. 
Looking at the team they have fielded they have so many ordinary players.

Great news but can't be helped wondering how charlatans like this gets into a job as prestigious as that with such a poor track record. He oversaw 4 managers and have spent a billion with little results over the span of a decade.

Bah... what a gift that was. A real shame as Villarreal had been the better side up until Fernandes came on. Immediately Man Utd were attacking with more fluidity and were positioned higher up the pitch. As long as everyone is still convinced that Ronaldo is the genius in the Man Utd side I suppose that's a positive...

At least in as much as its possible to fail with that abomination of a football club.

He's 11 points clear in the league and are going to qualify for the last 16 in the CL, I don't see how that is failing? If they beat City tonight they top the group as well.

I kind of got that impression too that things aren't going well but I checked and all seems fine.

The standard of football being played is horrendous and he's overwhelmed by the egos. They've been insanely lucky with quite a& few results. 

Most PSG fans are not content with the job he's doing so far. I live in the outskirts of Paris. Everyday they moan about Poch.

To be fair, PSG fans moan about everything, a bit like Real Madrid fans. They never seem happy, and they didn't seem too fussed about losing Tuchel either.

Which is why I think he'll be way better off at United. PSG don't have a team that suits him and by the sound of things have their own agenda as far as players go. He has a handful of players he absolutely cannot drop or work with to perform how he'd like. There's no way to coach a team that can basically say F U we're untouchable yet they're still steamrolling.

I reeeaaaally enjoyed rubbing his and Thiago Silva's CL triumph in their faces. They took it quite well, considering. 

A funny bunch, not helped by delusions of grandeur because of the disparity in quality in Ligue 1. There should be no excuse for PSG not steamrolling the league every year, without exception. 

 

Leonardo and Nasser are also complete anchors with a capital W.

They keep playing from the back like it was a wee  training match. City being so dominant yet still 0-0 and Mbappe should have scored there or at least got it on target.

The gap between the sides in quality of play is enormous. 

I think maybe Alex Ferguson is the only manager able to bring out the best of PSG. It must be a nightmare managing these primadonnas. 

I think Tuchel once said in an interview that managing the players at PSG is not just about managing the players, you'd have to manage their entourage as well.

I would love to have a player with the offensive skill set like Mbappe at Chelsea, but watching him walk all over the pitch when PSG don't have the ball would drive me crazy. Obviously, I don't expect you to sprint back and man mark the ball for 90 minutes, but a little defensive work rate would be appreciated. Combine that with Neymar and Messi (obv Messi wasn't there at the time), I can see why Tuchel was frustrated by certain players in Paris.
