he was absolutely brilliant today, 10 out of 10, very unlucky to not have scored and getting an assist 

he also has very good stamina, he was going full pace in the last minute with a powerful run, then gave a perfectly weighted ball for i think it was Murphy who hit the post

I also like that he is no longer wearing that stupid headband

Fair, still I expected them to do better.

Saw a bit of Newcastle last night and thought at first evenly matched.

Trippier looked Newcastle's best player and then saw his free-kick goal to make it 3-1. Very impressive.

Saint Maximin catches the eye though, now under Howe with more attackers he gets a little more space to run at players and is exciting to watch.

Also saw a little of Utd at Burnley and thought Burnley's goal was a class one. New signing Wout Weghorst turned two defenders in the middle to put Rodrguez 1v 1 with a defender and Rodriguez scored one of his rare goals and it was a clever finish. 

Weghorst also had a shot from the edge of the box forcing a good save. 

I mention Weghorst as before Lukaku arrived he was one of the names a few suggested.

Really wanted us to sign him and Suarez in January. Think we missed a bargain there.

What a disgusting foul on Broja in the lead-up to the Tottenham goal, not only clear cut foul and at least yellow (arguably red), but also a head injury and game not stopped. English referees are the biggest trash on the planet. You can take any amateur bush league with flipbook VAR make better decisions.
