Clearly Paul Merson is as disturbed by the idea of a Liverpool title win as me. He is hoping City pull their act together but they have totally gone imo.

If City draw pool on the CL that is lights out to their season.

I'm very worried now that Liverpool might pinch it.

City will be rattled.

Arsenal play a decent team and lose. Reality bites.

Most of the time it is wonderful. Today it is not, not at all. They are a slightly better Tottenham.

Yeah I saw that, every time there is more Liverpool pundits in the studio than other pundits put together when Liverpool play.

He was literally arguing his case against 2 of them at the same time, and that David Jones is just Carrahgers lap dog so he's no use either.

Sky Sports need to sort themselves out,  why do they think people would want to pay to watch such a heavily pro Liverpool channel.

I find BT even worse for pro-Liverpool bias.

Yeah, they are just as bad, Michael Owen offers nothing to punditry for example.

Some moron used cable ties to attach himself to the goalpoasts at Newcastle and the stewards made a ratsarse of an attempt to remove him. Huge bolt cutters for a cable tie you can cut with a pair of scissors and they still failed.

Shirt said "STOP OIL NOW" with a web link on the shirt that said "Wehavenofuture" or something like that. Not sure if any of the stewards clicked it or tried to click it to understand his full message.

never a red card

They showed the ref the paused pic of him in the air rather than showing it in real time so it looked 100x worse than it actually was.

There was no danger in that tackle, yellow was fair.

they should have kept him there during the game just move him a bit to the outside so he doesn't interfere with play
