So what if he has to turn down more, guaranteed money? Who cares if he signs for less and then has to agree to wage cuts and be owed millions? It's a dream club....Dreeeeaaaaammmmm.

difficult choice

- Guaranteed being paid your salary

- No salary cuts being asked with threads of being sold if not complied 

- Living in London

- Having a contract till 2027, with security that the club will still exist until 2027

- Significant higher wage

- Playing in a much stronger competition with a lot more viewers

- Actually competing for the CL title (based on previous seasons)

 

Or

- no guarantee the club won't face an enormous financial crisis which forces them to sell players and makes them no longer competitive 

- No guarantees that you will receive your salary 

- playing under the master tactician Xavi who has previously trained world class teams in the dessert of the middle east

- free spotify premium 

- playing for Barcelona who can't even win the EL

Absolute bloody joke,to many players taking the p*ss out of us.

If he was to be joining Chelsea, it would have been done and dusted by now.

I understand why people want to play for Barcelona but why are we competing with them for signatures? It just ends up making the club look an embarrassment to the masses. It also can’t be good for the morale of others at the club.

We tried and failed to recruit Kounde last summer. I suspect those troubles were fresh in the memory which is why we opted for other targets first. Assuming Kounde falls through again we will probably scramble for somebody else.

Just a feeling this won't fall through simply because Sevilla and Kounde want this done fast. Barca need time and I don't expect either to give them that.

Plus @LongtimerLurker promised ages ago this was as good as done. And as I keep reminding you all that guy has...

Only ourselves to blame if this transfer fails. The groundwork was done last year, we knew the fee required and the players terms. No excuses.
