Yep, Barca players have a couple of days off, and Frenkie de Jong is going to London for a little vacay time.  Not transfer related. Memphis Depay is also heading to London with him.  De Jong stays at Barça.

De Jong and Depay the 2 players Barca are rumoured to want off the books just so happen to be on holiday in England, together, just before the transfer deadline.

Barca's next 4 fixtures are brutal and back to back. It's understandable that they get a short vacation before that happens

 We signed 2 youngsters for about 40M, yet Tuchel did not take into account of them with that comment about only 2 fit players.

To be fair to TT, if you'd watched Chukwuemeka's performances in the development squad so far, you would discount him too. As for Casadei, he's never played a senior game before, even in Italy !

I'm guessing this deal was done when Todd & Laporta shared a meal a little over 7 weeks ago.  Just wanted to keep us in supense till Thursday.

We're so poor and our midfield is do injury prone De Jong is going to get himself offered a 500K a week salary here if he waits until deadline day.

Him being in London means they can drag these rumours about for a few more days. He will still be a Barca player on Friday.

Yes. I'll be shocked if this one happens. We clearly haven't prioritized midfield, and Tuchel's post-match comments make that pretty clear as he seems surprised and frustrated by the injuries we have in that area.

He cannot be surprised. Frustrated sure, but surprised. Is anyone on here surprised by Kova and Kante already having injury problems? Anyone? 

Nope, I cannot see an astute manager like TT being surprised by that.

Far as FDJ goes, does anyone seriously believe we have waited till now to offer him such terms? Not like his situation at Barca is any different from 2 months ago.
