Ampadu has only played sweeper, and the gulf in class difference between he and Silva is gigantic. We will notice a difference.

Chalobah has shown he isn't ready to start week in and week out. Was prone to a lot of errors towards the latter end of the season. 

Azpilicueta doesn't have the legs anymore to keep up with the pace of the game. 

James simply should not be playing RCB as it limits his game.

Has Chalobah though? How is he good enough to play for Milan (who are interested?), but can’t be counted on to make appearances for us?

I still don’t understand what went on in the off-season, because he trusted him enough to play him in the big games last season. He will only get better by seeing pitch time in addition to work on the training ground, just seems the manager can’t be asked to go through the process.

Well said; pointless making last minute signings just to get bodies in, it usually doesn’t end well. He will learn a lot by trusting these players, and they will either swim or sink.

Boy have we ever been messed with this window...I really don't know why we f**k around so much when there must be better players out there for the money we are offering, everyone else seems to find them except us.   Walk away from this prick and move on, same with Gordon, all this pussy footing around is annoying and we are being played by everyone.   Here is our best offer - take it or leave it, they don't want it move on.

We be had our asses handed to us this transfer window. The sh*thousery from Todd and Tuchel is absofecking pathetic. Todd is supposed to be smarter than this. Is the MGT of this club trying to say that there are no better players out there than Gordon for 60m or Fofana for 80m? Wolves got a smashing player in Nunes for 38m for Christ sake. The stupidity on display here by Todd and co is not only nauseating but embarrassing

Because towards the latter part of last season he was averaging a mistake a game, and he was arguably our worst defender during preseason. I trust Chalobah as a backup but as a nailed on starter, absolutely not. Azpilicueta as well. 

Serie A is a hard place to analyse players. Koulibaly looked rapid in that league but looks relatively slower in the Premier League. Tomori also looked very error prone and is now among the best CBs in Italy. 

We've spent the past 4-5 weeks trying to get players that are unattainable when there are perfectly good options elsewhere. Boehly and Tuchel have f**ked it up and exploited our position.

Nunes hasn’t played in this league and could flop. Fofana is a proven performer already in this league. Go and get a cheaper player from abroad, but the risks are always higher.

Played v Spurs & didn’t look out of place. He is a low risk that could pay off well for Wolves; next season he could be worth £60m+. Take Caicedo who Brighton bought for £4.5m 2yrs ago, he is now linked with a £42m move to Liverpool after just 3 PL appearances.

Personally, I’d rather have paid the £35m for Nunes who you would argue is ready to contribute now, than the combined £32m we have invested in Casadei & Chukwuemeka who the manager feels aren’t ready. He will need the right manager though.

just put a private detective on their scouts so we can get the players before the 50 million mark up

No they wanted £85m, we arent paying that. Last offer was £70m inc addons that Leicester deemed unrealistic. So I would shocked if its above £75m, they need money badly.
