Rüdiger realises now that he made a big step down

with TT we beat Man City on the regular

The whole Real Madrid dream move virtually never works in the players favor, bar Courtois but he moved for family reasons.

This, plus being 14 points behind Barcelona in La Liga ...

In the worst La Liga season in years as well. It has the lowest goal scoring average across all of the major leagues in Europe this season. So it's really no surprise that Barcelona have only conceded 13 goals.

and they have 2 defensive powerhouses Alonso and Christensen

Well, in less depressing news. Coventry go through to the EFL final, so that’s two relatively new teams who will be in the Prem; Boro were last here in 2016 so that would have been a bit dull.

Coventry - 2001

Luton - Never before

Poor Hazard ... Real chasing the game and he doesn't even warrant a sub appearance ... 5 subs made and he's still on the bench 😞

Yes, talk about a top player who completely wasted his career after the 'dream' move. I heard he's going to retire at Madrid at the end of the contract, basically he headed to retirement after leaving Chelsea

he needs to get a job at the club, i don't know maybe ambassador or something or chelsea tv presenter lol

Is it even worth Inter bothering turning up for the final? City nailed on for back to back trebles as they’ll walk it all again next year. And next year will be a quadruple as they’ll win the WCC as well. Football is kind of over at this level as a competitive sport.

Many asked it if was worth us turning up in 2021.

Now I dont believe Inter stop them, neither did I believe we would in 2021. Then Pep had one of his infamous brainfarts and screwed his own team. Maybe he does it again, maybe a certain Norwegian ref comes out of retirement to mess with another English side.

Don't know if you don't try.

Maybe a certain Belgian striker will score a hat trick in the cameo of his life, then going into full time retirement at Chelsea 🤔

Unfortunately, I see this as a final like Liverpool vs Spurs few years ago. One team punched way above his weight, by the time it got to the final, they had nothing left.

This is what money well spent gets you. Unfortunately, no one will be able to catch up to City unless they spend as much and as well as they do.

Didn’t we just spend a country’s GDP this year?

That's why I said 'well spent'. City are good at spending big but spending the right way

In terms of our spending, I'm not going to write off the players we bought in January just yet at least until Pochettino starts managing them.

I am not big fan of expecting player to change when you have new manager.  There is no magic. Pochettino can come in and improve player conditioning but player wise nothing really change. You can improve player skill-set but that take time.

We have seen this many many times. Ole to ten hag, even lamp to tuchel.
