This entire topic is going to be full of pain.

I would take a 1:2 now ( anything b that better than that is a bonus), City had their problems beating defensive teams this season, but beating a team lack of ideas and commitment like this Chelsea wouldn't be one. With a bit of luck and rotation on their side, we may sneak through in the FA cup against them.

It’s very hard to see how it’s not a case of City completely running wild and wining by five or six. We’re a past its sell by date blancmange of a football team. I really feel for Silva having to play with this lot.

This is a game to show everyone that we can or cannot any longer compete at a top level, and that’s with City being on a little wobble.

Want to see Ziyech start for this one, one of the only ones that looked like he gave a sh*t when coming on yesterday.

Although it would almost certainly be too late for him to play I hope we can somehow get Enzo over the line before this game.

United while in a similar rut to us currently got Casemiro in before the Liverpool game and while it was too late to play him his presence gave everyone in the club a big lift.

Depends on the sky match director, will he zoom in on the 'potter out' card being held up in the stands, or the fan with a picture of the US flag on fire, or maybe just a card with 'Pulisic is a fraud' .

With Brentford winning today we are 9th. The right mix of results in other games, and our 0/1 return from City, Fulham and Pool should see us down to 11th or 12th. Lol
