Clumsy challenge from Hall and Mahrez 0-1, Havertz realising a free header incoming fromm a corner stretches arm out to stop the player yet catches the ball - pen 0-2.

Third a good goal from them in open play.

A little more than surprised we played Jorginho for this one in a 2 man midfield with young defenders seems like asking for trouble.

Upfront passes not quite right and not enough numbers supporting the breaks.

For me Mahrez should have been booked when Hall got around him late on and had the break.

 

 

Jorgi was a good player 2-3 years ago, particularly under Tuchel, but he's past it now.

Pool had to sack Roy after 6 months.. so did arsenal with the Spanish guy .. spurs fired nuno.. I understand what you are saying but there is no sign of anything under potter.. no evidence of him being successful ..

Not buying another midfielder this window would be effectively giving up on this season.

I think there is 1 obvious difference. No Thiago Silva. The one senior player who at least still seems to play with some pride.

 

Potter has to go. Players don’t care enough. Not one Chelsea player would get in to the City team. Rubbish

This really is the danger. The owner is out of his depth at present with his clueless scattergun recruitment. He has a vision, there is though a reason why successful clubs are just that. They don’t make too many changes all at once. This season could easily set us back 20 years.
