I have felt for a long time Chelsea needs a culture change. Roman being forced out was a chance to introduce change albeit forced upon us. I'm not a fan of short termism and player-power. But neither am I a supporter of the cult of the manager. I used to be under Mourinho MKI but not anymore. If they wanted a young Manager on the rise they should have looked at Howe over Potter...although I would have preferred having an experienced Manager who was supportive of young players but was able to coach, ball at them when required but put an arm around them when necessary...Potter is doing neither.  

Although I don't think his record at Spurs or PSG is particularly good, apparently Poch's training sessions were meant to be the nuts. He did reach a CL final in fairness as well

I'll give Potter his due, Silva and Reece had a virus, probably a bit too quickly to rush Fofana in but he's definitely going to start over Koulibaly now. Kovacic wasn't unreasonable, in hindsight it was terrible. 

I don't have any issues with it if I'm being honest, the starting 11 was fine, should never have taken off Fofana though.

English not your first language I take it. He was being ironic. It would be a miracle to win the CL he said. Its just a common saying. It would be beyond a miracle anyway cos Potter doesn't know how to get players to score
