February 18, 20233 yr Just now, just said: Sarri was the worst for me. Some of the football was truly appalling and so were many of the results after a reasonable start. Players not committed forward in numbers, constantly over playing in midfield, slow, slow tempo. The media reporting players were totally confused by his tactics and training drills. And the man himself had all the charisma and charm of road kill. Sarri was very overrated and might have taken this club backwards with the possession-obsessed football that we still can't seem to lose today. But he did win a Europa League, against Arsenal at that who we seem to bend over for in finals. Although, no doubt due to the help of how good Hazard was that season. He's certainly one of my least favourites, was happy he left when he did.

Leeds at home next week where I can see nothing but disaster again. So much for the emotional and mental coaching...seems to be working wonders. Said it many times, you can't bring in an inexperienced coach / manager to manage such a huge project. You wouldn't do it building a skyscraper or it would collapse or not even get off the ground....exactly what we are witnessing. I just hope Todd and Clearlake take the financial hit, pay Potter off and start again with an experienced manager befitting of this club and its history. Like who exactly? Back to the likes of Mourinho, Ancelotti, Hiddink, Allegri? No thanks! Zidane, Pochettino will do. or why not bring back Tuchel?
February 18, 20233 yr I think the CL qualification is a very distant dream (unless by some miracle we win it ) so the best we can hope for this season is mid table mediocrity. Potty should be out tonight, i don't care who takes over it really can't be worse, no, it really can't be worse. To have this array of talent and win 2 games in 15 (i believe) is almost impossible. He stands on the sidelines passionless and clueless.. f**k OFF NOW..

Seriosly, some people need to start to think Goal difference 0, 23-23, and with same points with some other team who will be with advantage?
February 18, 20233 yr How can anyone support potter at this point. And for those who say trust the process and believe in potter and his vision, and long term project and all that bullsh*t. Trust has to be earned, not demanded. And so far there has been no indication of progress since potter came in none. Potter came in September and now we’re in February, does anyone believe we progressed during those 5-6 month period of time. When Tuchel came in January 2021 we saw instant progress because that’s what world class mangers do. Losing at home to a team that’s bottom of the table without manager is a sign of a team devoid of ideas and style and a manger out of his depth. I wish him the best but future at Chelsea is done.

I thought Carlo had taken the Brazil job? If they wanted a young Manager on the rise they should have looked at Howe over Potter...although I would have preferred having an experienced Manager who was supportive of young players but was able to coach, ball at them when required but put an arm around them when necessary...Potter is doing neither.

It's hard to see Potter surviving that result, and arguably he shouldn't after the past 15 games. Just as I looked forward to us punting Jorginho I similarly look forward to us shipping out Kovavic. Never in his entire career have I considered him a top quality player and he won a watch with that transfer ban. However there are many many reasons for the mess we are in just now. Not having a proven goalscorer being just one of them. You know we are going to end up with Lukaku back don't you! Mayube Lukaku can manage???

Its not political to support letting people love who they love without being prosecuted for it. Its just the right thing to do and I respect Flick and Germany a lot for that. This has nothing to do with whether he should be our manager or not, though
February 18, 20233 yr This is a nightmare and piss poor management.. at this point in their careers Madueke and Mudryk are not ready to even have them play week in week out is criminal. He needed to manage Auba not manage out since he was the only recognised forward and retain a back 3 and pretty much played TTs side. unfortunately his tinkering has meant he himself doesn’t know what to do.. he is inexperienced an in trouble and frankly not upto it. The sooner we sack him and get a real manager in the better.

Clear. You go there to play, not to make silly things. Moreover Arab countries are with much, much different culture. Respect others, if you want to be respected. Not to push filthy things on faces on others.
