I’m not sure we will sign one. Nkunku is coming in, I think we get Felix. Where is a striker going to fit?

Nkunku, Felix, Sterling, mudryk, madueke, Broja, will all be here.

pulisic, ziyech, CHO, lukaku, Havertz? I don’t think all of these will go.

that’s at least 7 for 3/4 spots if only one stays. I’ve definitely missed some here too

I like Osimhen. He chases lost causes and has good presence.

That said he is a bit loose with the ball at his feet and a bit awkward in possesion. Big bodies do well in Italy but there are questions for me on him in tight spots in England.

The negatives are a big warning sign given what the price would be.

If this is true then I am out of Osimhen. You can't have that in the Premier League and be a success.

I wouldn't mind seeing Mudryk becoming a scorer either, it's hard to say how any of those names would fit but if I could choose a striker for the league my choice would be Vlahovic because he's tall, left-footed and can even score from free kicks. I'm sure he's an upgrade on Havertz when it comes to positioning and finishing.

Didn't do too badly here 😄

There's two chances in this game that one he scored and another he missed.

Look at both and you see two defenders and noone else in sight. Doesn't happen in England. Also note for the one he puts into the side netting, how loose his touch is.

Again I like him and I think there are lots of positives but England is different and we have to be realistic about that.

Hmm fair point Just, one would need to step up and another adapt. Though something about Toney just screams "gamble" to me...

He'd definitely get goals but I don't know how good his link up play is, he could hurt our overall game (not that we have an overall game right now).

All the jokes aside, no top striker will come to us:

we don’t play europe next year unless potter can turns thing around.

there is no money left for a top striker because of all the spending this year.

And we gonna buy another midfielder.

So your top striker will be one of these players: Sterling,Pulisic, Auba, Mudryk, Lukaku , Nkuku or Broja.

but Pulisic and Auba are out next year.

if possible sell Havertz to Bayer.

i bet Lukaku stay with Broja and nkunku behind.

Mudryk  lukaku sterling(madueke)

enzo nkuku (new midfielder) kante

chilwell fofana Benoit James

Not exactly true.

Haaland is scoring at will, Diego was scoring for fun.

It all depend on what you want from your st.

Is he better than Ivan Toney? Probably not.

Grass is always greener in Italy. Tammy has more goals for Roma now than Chelsea.

I wouldn't even consider this question before we have a sustainable coaching solution. Very unpopular opinion right now but I'm not willing to draw any conclusion on Havertz under the Potter regime. He is looking particularly bad, but as a young center forward, the complete lack of structure and confidence in the team is hitting him particularly hard. He is young and yet I saw a lot of promising signs during his partnership with Werner. Can we rule out that under the right manager, Havertz and Nkunku could form a productive partnership?

Another massive advantage of getting in a new coach now would be to get a more accurate picture of our current squad's potential before the summer. Based on right now, we might as well sell every single player. We may well conclude that Havertz isn't cutting it (at least in that role) and that we should buy a new striker, but there's no point thinking about that now. Getting the right manager must be our number 1, 2 and 3 concern, everything else follows.

Ivan Toney getting 14 goals for Brentford is pretty impressive to be fair, though a lot of them were penalties I think

He is facing a lengthy ban for betting soon

Saw a rumour that Julian Alvarez wants out at City. I'd try for a swap deal for Kovacic.

He's stalling his contract extension.

Mentioned a few days back we should put in a cheeky bid.

Alvarez only just joined City, why the panic over a new deal?

In any case if he were to.be available sure go for him.

Because he's soon realizing a player of his quality shouldn't be second fiddle to anyone. Much like Jesus.

He's only started 10 game this season in the League and Champions League, and it isn't going to get better so long Haaland is at City. Good mates with Enzo which is a bonus.

Like with Jesus, he has a profile that just suits us to a tee.
