Never wanted Potter over Tuchel here in the first place, didn't turn on him after 3 months. The only manager's I thought needed to go were Potter and Lamps, one was drastially underachieving and the other didn't know what they were doing

I certainly don't think that potter should have kept his job after becoming our worst manager ever. Roman would have sacked him 5 times before he was actually sacked.

But those managers had us all in the top 4 or had won trophies for us (apart from AVB who had us 5th), they were doing far better than Potter. Did you back them as well, or did you want immediate success?

I love Lampard but it comes a time and point where you have to seperate the player from the manager. We're utterly clueless when we have the ball and I also believe players don't romanticize as much as us in terms of his appointment. It's totally different to when we were under Robbie, we had Drogba, Terry, Lampard himself, Ivanovic, Cahill, Cech... I can go on. Football has changed since then and big personalities are a very rare breed. Young players need to be coached and just look at Villa when it comes to Gerrard and Emery. A hard work, play for the badge and giving it all manager to someone who's been there done that at a top level.

The last thing I want to hear a manager say is "they need to know what its like to play for Chelsea" because to me thats just hiding their tactical insecurities.

Biggest issue is that Lampard isn't managing the team like an interim manager. Interim managers usually come in, pick the best team on paper and go with it until the end of the season. Frank keeps tinkering as if he's trying to solve the current issues at the team which isn't the job of an interim.

No it doesn't take years if you already have an established squad that has won the CL and that has been a stable top 4 team. potter just sucks.

There were plenty of other managers that we could have done the process with, Tuchel and Sarri being the best examples. I'm all for a process, but only with the right coach

By demand results, do you mean demand better than looking like a team in the relegation spots? If so, then yeah, I do demand better, because that is beyond pathetic. Most had accepted that we wouldn't qualify for Europe before Tuchel was sacked, we could all see that we weren't good enough, but nobody should accept this team playing like a bunch of relegation candidates. Look at Liverpool, they are sh*te this season, but they still pull out the odd performance and result, if we were doing that, then I could at least say there was something to believe in. We had none of that though, there was never any point where things looked like turning around.
