Went for Colwill.

I think he was solid in the defense, was good with the ball in feet and finally plays on his natural position.

Colwill, Cucurella and Palmer probably pick of the bunch. 

2nd half was much better than the 1st though.

Out of all of our young players, he is the one that I would say isn't all potential. He's already at a high level right now.

Not my favourite, poodle, I mean player, but I'm going to give it to Cucurella. Mostly for that 50-50 challenge on Estupinian on the edge of the Brighton box. Loved it. Whole-hearted, totally committed, not worried about getting injured. That's the sort of attitude we need more of right now.

I enjoyed watching Palmer play. Great vision  and techique.

However Cucurella was out of position and had Mitoma on toast, and showed great application so I gotta give it to him.

Palmer HAS to be starting for us from here on in, close call between him and Cucurella. 

Great game from Palmer but has to go to CINDErella for that second-half performance, just did not give up, and something we've missed lately!

Are we allowed to give a nod to Mudryk too for much improvement?

Cucurella for me. In particular for the second half. It was like he finally realised he is paid a lot of money to do a job and there is an expectation he gives a flying f**k about doing it well.

Tough one. Colwill did well and his passing was really good. I have seen a lot of people say Palmer. He made some nice turns and brilliant assist but thought he got muscled off the ball way too easily sometimes. Lost the ball a few times but nice flair and skill. Just maybe needs to toughen up a little. Mudryk I thought did really well too. Went for Jackson though due to being the match winner and really should of had 2.

Cucurella for me. Colwill and Palmer with honourable mentions.

I'm amazed there are so many votes for Cucurella.

He was absolutely roasted every time by Mitoma in the first half.  I thought he looked slow and when he wasn't slow, he was reckless and out of control. 

Palmer all day long for MOTM for me.

Palmer all day long is correct. 

But I do think Cucurella did better than you're crediting him for. Mitoma is one of the best wingers in the league at the moment so is obviously going to get some joy out of him but I thought he did a decent job. He's also got a real intensity and desire that does sometimes spill into recklessness. But on the back of the last couple of performances that intensity was good to see.

I went with Colwill based solely on him heading the ball when it was on the ground a la JT.

Think Mudryk & Palmer both deserve credit though as well.
