Not unsurprisingly lots of excuses being made by the clubs, the fans and the media about the amount of injuries and suspensions they have. Oh dear. How sad. Never mind. Coz we never have any injuries do we? In a nutshell.

They have already lost to Wolves and Arsenal this season and have no KDB and now John Stones is injured. We shouldn't fear them and I honestly think if we play like we did against Arsenal, we CAN get a result (but we mustn't start Disasi!) Were definitely paying them too much respect, people forget that between us and city we've won 6 put on the last 7 titles.........
November 12, 20232 yr Definitely think we should let them have the ball, park the bus for the first 60 minutes if we can and then if they wear themselves out on our defensive rock we can push back at the end. If they get over confident we might get a fast break goal or score from a corner.
November 12, 20232 yr If we get anything out of this fixture, it'll be great. Let's not fool ourselves, City are miles ahead of us as a team, they're probaly the best side in Europe at the moment. It'll take an incredible effort on our part and an off day for them to get a point out of this, let alone three.

November 12, 20232 yr City will still be top if they lose this game by less than 4 goals, so we are nailed on for a narrow win and everyone is happy !

November 12, 20232 yr Win, lose or draw I just want to see the team to compete. It's just maddening that mid-table teams keep picking up unexpected points, so we never get ahead. Speaking of mid-table teams currently watching the Forest game; I hope we never ever sell or loan players to them again. Where's CHO? Where's Santos? Anyway hopefully the Bridge will be rocking and dampen that Blue Moon this afternoon.

I recall Sarri and Lampard teams all got ripped apart for going toe to toe with them. Poch is a proven manager, and after 6 losses in a row, we could only get better. Not really true. Yes Sarri got torn apart once but the other two times got a clean sheet while Lampard became the first ever manager to have more possesion against a Pep side and was desperately unlucky to lose.
November 12, 20232 yr Good lineup, I would've picked that but with Colwill over Disasi, where's Colwill though? Can't see him on the bench either.
November 12, 20232 yr Disasi...he won't get away with all those mistakes against city. We should have dropped him for this game
November 12, 20232 yr And after Jackson misses the first couple of sitters we need to swap him for Broja 🙂

Must be either ill or injured. Shame his pace would have been useful. Cities pace vs our slow CBS. Their line up is what a billion should by you. Class in every position. Cucurella deserves the start though.
