This guy Emmanuel Dennis, I have this feeling that under the right guidance of a top manager (Tuchel, Klopp, Pep) he is likely to become a PL superstar.

Why? Adama defensive qualities are poor, terrible stamina. He cant shoot, pass or cross. He is good for counter attacks with his speed and dribbling thats it.

We have lots of attacking players that are not delivering.

One caught my eye when they played us and last weekend scored a brace, can play either on the left or right.

Jarrad Bowen looks a potential star in the making for me, just wearing the wrong colour shirt,

Moses Simon from Nigeria and Nantes. Arguably the best player of AFCON so far.

I've seen Simon once and he did look good.

Back when he was playing for AA Gent. Het started with a bang. But then he had a lesser period.  If he had his day he was really good because of his pace. If not then he was pretty much invisible all game. But that was a few years ago. Haven't seen him play in France.

Yes but it would be fun to watch, his physique combined with the technique of the players around him can be a powerful tactical weapon 😁

RMC Sport report that Chelsea have now opened initial talks to sign PSG left-back Layvin Kurzawa.

Some talk that we are going to make a move for Ivan Perisic as a temporary solution for LWB. Inter would likely accept a relatively low offer as he is close to end of contract. He weighs in with quite a few goals and is a good crosser of the ball. Not sure about his defensive qualities. But could be good cover.

With talks between Dybala and Juve breaking down, I wonder if we should consider throwing our hat in for him should he become available on a free transfer

As I have said before between the money spent on Rom and our large losses last year I really do not see us signing anyone this window.

Yep, unfortunately we put all our eggs in the Lukaku basket. It is going to be a bleak few years unless something magically changes.

I think Dembele is the only realistic signing since it would be for a cheap fee. Obviously the wages would be high but the payment to Barcelona wouldn’t be much.

Possibly if the wages are more reasonable than reported. Certainly we know Tuchel is a fan from his Dortmund days. Can he play RWB?
