Such great news! So happy right now. Also gives super Frank a chance to increase his own record by quite a margin. Roller coaster of a season that had so much promise only to suffer a horrible run of cup losses. Past few weeks have been incredible though. Beating Utd at OT. Securing a CL place, winning the EL and now Lamps is staying for at least another year! I want nothing more than for him to end his playing career here.

Win at Everton and bring José back to end the season on a massive high.

Now all that's left is the second coming of the Special One!!

So cap of the week with the player awards tonight, Jose announcing his emotional return to the bridge on Friday night and Chelsea parading the UEFA cup around on Sunday afternoon after defeating Everton to secure 3rd. Finish on a high!

Absolutley delighted for Lamps, however can't get over how poorly the club have handled it.

 

We need to keep Lamps at the club for the next 20/30 years in some sort of place!
