I quite like Matuidi too, he's got a great physique and engine, but the thing that sets him apart is his quickness of thought. He's got a great eye for a pass and doesn't hesitate to try and make it. Very cultured passer and he's by far at his best when his team is in possession.

Matuidi is a quality player who has been such a key for PSG in the last couple of seasons. He'd be a wonderful signing, and on a free?!?  We should wrap this up soon if he's really set to leave PSG

Must be 100% true, no way would the lad or his agent whilst negotiating a new contract (that has apparently stalled due to disputes about the wage) float a story about signing a cash rich club in order to secure the massive pay rise they want.

They probably have but he may want more money or he wants to go to a league that well.... might be a challenge.

Seen him play a couple of times. Always picks the right pass, fairly solid. An excellent Mikel replacement.
