September 27, 201510 yr Jose wishes this guy was still around to bail out his awful attacking tactics.
September 27, 201510 yr Love the man. Wish we could score more freekick goals like the first. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-z1XOf7Hv8
September 27, 201510 yr Classic drog. Reminds me how great he really was and how lucky we were to have him. Been lucky enough to see two truly world class forwards with us, the drog and Zola. You guys are seriously off base if you think Costa is anywhere near their quality. Diego is top player but nowhere near the true world class level of the drog or Zola.
September 27, 201510 yr The big man seems to be enjoying himself in the MLS. It's great to see clips of him scoring great goals over there, brings back some memories.
September 27, 201510 yr Simply one of the best strikers to play the game. Ok not as prolific as ronaldo pele etc... But the influence he has on games in unreal and almost impossible to replicate. Simply put.. LEGEND.
October 3, 201510 yr Didier named MLS player of the month. http://montrealgazette.com/sports/soccer/mls/montreal-impact/impact-star-didier-drogba-named-mls-player-of-month
October 11, 201510 yr He scored a brilliant freekick to give Montreal victory. http://www.skysports.com/watch/video/10024836/brilliant-drogba-free-kick-seals-victory

And that's his ninth in nine games. I'm delighted to see him succeed there. Edited October 11, 201510 yr by Zinc
October 11, 201510 yr In 9 games he's already our top scorer Edited October 11, 201510 yr by DidierDrogbalala
October 12, 201510 yr So far he's had the freekick proficiency of Willian, the attacking presence of Costa, the creative input of Oscar, Pedro, Fabregas combined plus has something we lack: darn good finishing.
October 12, 201510 yr It's the MLS. He's a legend, but he doesn't have what it takes to be a top striker in the Premier League anymore.
October 13, 201510 yr It's the MLS. He's a legend, but he doesn't have what it takes to be a top striker in the Premier League anymore. Didn't do a bad job last season and he was more effective than Falcao has ever been in the PL
October 13, 201510 yr Didn't do a bad job last season and he was more effective than Falcao has ever been in the PLNever. Even this version of Falcao has a better all-round game than last season's Drogba. He was downright painful to watch at times. And Jose must think the same as Falcao has the 2nd spot above Remy.

And Jose must think the same as Falcao has the 2nd spot above Remy. That's complete bollocks in my opinion and we all know Remy is better than Falcao now aswell.

And Jose must think the same as Falcao has the 2nd spot above Remy. Sorry, but the Falcao of today is not as good as Remy. He doesn't have a better all-round game than Didier too. Didier could hold onto the ball well and go head to head against defenders. Falcao would more likely be dispossessed as soon as he got the ball and you know the rest.

Are we still speaking about 2014-2015 Drogba? The only areas Falcao loses out to Remy is in pace and finishing. Everything else is superior. And I'm not a big fan of the guy, but it is easy to see why he starts ahead of Remy and would have started ahead of Drogba if he were still here.
October 13, 201510 yr Just wow! Agree to disagree I guess then.I'd prefer a nice discussion, which is the basis of a forum, but if it must be so...
