Joining Celtic on a 18 month loan, very strange and seems his time is up with that length of loan

All about the money I expect, what a shame thought he might have been a catalyst for reviving our season.

Agree with the length of the loan, 2 years worked wonders for Andreas. We wanted him back a year early but leaving him there the whole time proved beneficial. As for Celtic, he'll get Champions league action. Van Dijk developed there before making the step up for England, plus this might aid in our bid for Dembele at some point. Still think Musonda could do more than Pedro this season though.

Edit: Better yet, might help us get Tierney.

You can't watch much Scottish football tbh, Tierney is a million miles away from this level

He's been poor this season as has Dembele, the most consistent and lethal striker in Scotland is Morelos

Also you do realise Celtic have to get through 4 rounds to get to the group stages so CL football is not a given.....

He’ll go over there and make them realise how much they overrate Sinclair.

Thing is Sinclair is their best player and we know he's a bit crap. Dembele is their second best attacker so I really cant get the clamour for him at all, he is not prolific and quite lazy in attack. He will suit a Southampton or West Ham

Better chance than Leganes which is rumoured...

The league is shockingly poor.

Basically praying they get CL because that's the only decent level he will get there

German league

French league

Spanish league

Dutch league

And so on all far far higher standards than the SPFL

A young defender has to learn early the skill of positioning themselves through a game, it's the basic part of defending that a player has to pick up by themselves, ideal to send away for a couple of years to perfect it, in a decent competitive league.

It doesn't seem to work for attacking/creative players, not sure why, maybe because they are surrounded by lesser quality attacking players to work with.

Think that’s your bias shining through mate. Even if you were to go on output alone 11 in 21 for Morelos compared to Griffiths 71 in 112. Also don’t think you can say he’s the most consistent striker in Scotland in half a season.

He is a quality player and young enough he’s gonna get even better but as thing stands he’s not the most lethal striker in the country.

I think it will be good for him to play as a key attacker regularly for a team that dominates most leagues, I think it will give him confidence, and the league is physical, so it will help him develop that side of his game aswell.

Conte isn't going to play him here, even though pedro has been poor this season. So he may aswell get as many minutes as possible.

It's not it's based on this season nothing biased about it.

Dembelle is by far the better player but he's not a goal scorer. There is a reason no English club paid under 10 million for him she  he left Fulham.

Another diabolical decision by Chelsea. Solanke, Boga and Musonda out, rubbish like Drinkwater and Barkley in, probably Dzeko too. It's as if someone is consciously trying to wreck the club

Our club is a rudderless ship that wouldn't know talent if it slapped them across the face.

got a feeling hudson-odoi is too good for youth level and conte knows this. time to shine young man. goodbye charly, welcome callum

Until 2 years down the line when CHO has 16 sub appearances for Chelsea and a total of 600 minutes and the next shining light comes through the academy and replaces him. Goodbye Callum, welcome new shiny toy.

He literally said a few weeks ago that Hudson-Odoi is not ready and needs another step before playing in the first team. So I expect a loan for him next season.

I'm sure the same would have been said for Rashford at manure but he got his chance and took it, you just never know unless you give them a chance.

Has Hudson Odoi even made the bench other then in maybe 3 league cup games against lower opposition? I'd love to believe we're sending Musonda away to make room for other talent but no matter how hard I try to convince myself of that, I won't fall for it again.

Nonetheless this might be a good move for Musonda. He's got the talent, he just needs a manager to believe in him and a stage to perform.
