June 2, 201610 yr Who is video-taping him in this video? Why even post this? Maybe I am old and old-fashioned but would not it be better to have your mind 100% on the thing you are doing rather than posing for the video? I thought the same thing. Different generation I suppose.
June 2, 201610 yr Honestly, I did not watch his so cant comment. But this seems more like "look i am doing this" rather than you know, putting your head down and doing it for yourself. Moreover, if you have been reading my point of views, I am all for youth integration. I want Ake (starting LB/back-up LB), Kane/Aina (back-up RB), Andreas (starting CB/back-up CB), Kenedy (back up LW), Traore(back up ST), Baker (back up B2B), RLC (back up DLP), Musonda (back up RW) for next season. But I still dont get this generation's consistent need for validation like posting selfies, instagramies, tweeters etc etc. Like you say, it's a generational thing. I wouldnt take it as an indictment on him specifically
June 3, 201610 yr Seems like a Rocky lightweight division. Almost forgot he's a very good football player. Yep! I like that kid too, DidierDrogbalala!
July 24, 20169 yr I just watched the highlights of the match between Betis vs Middlesbrough - The kid had a good match - true it's pre-season but he looks good - filled out a bit
August 22, 20169 yr Great player but i can definitely see him getting a taste for Spanish football and moving to either Real, Atletico or Barca
September 18, 20169 yr highlights of Charlie from an Andlaucian derby between Betis & Granada - Charlie entered the match in the 36th minute & changed the outcome of the match
September 18, 20169 yr A performance akin to KDB yesterday. He'll walk into the team if he keeps playing like that.
September 19, 20169 yr Sorry, But I have to ask. Which non multi million buy player who was sent on loan has been given any role in the squad?

Loftus-Cheek and Chalobah sometimes bring out the half time oranges. I don't know if I like Musonda or Jeremie Boga better. Boga just seems the more realistic prospect of the two, in that he's physically far more developed and has a brilliant shot on him too. For want of a better comparison, Boga is a bit like a Gareth Bale type who surges past defenders with speed and strength. He has an elite level quickness off the mark. Musonda doesn't quite have that, but he seems to accelerate past defenders WITH the ball, much like Hazard or Messi. He also is very much an orchestrator, conducting Betis's attack when Joaquin leaves the field, even at his age. Musonda seems the more complete player at the stage but Boga seems to be more fitting to the modern game.
September 22, 20169 yr Poyet is a classic premier league garbage manager. Loans young players with talent far above his team and refuse to put faith in them, instead playing experienced donkey's.
September 22, 20169 yr Good to see he's trusted with the ball by his teammates, sometimes the younger player is overlooked for passes in favour of more senior players.
September 23, 20169 yr Today Charlie setup the winning goal for Betis vs Malaga - so far Senor Poyet is playing him & getting just awards Edited September 23, 20169 yr by robdog
September 26, 20169 yr He seems to improve in his decision making under Poyet. Maybe he knows what he is doing not starting Musonda and using him as a substitute instead. Edited September 26, 20169 yr by dc19

December 16, 20169 yr http://metro.co.uk/2016/12/16/charly-musonda-spotted-back-in-chelsea-training-after-loan-deal-at-real-betis-is-cut-short-6326654/ Musonda is back in training. Would love it if he got Oscar's role in the squad as the 4th Winger.
December 16, 20169 yr Don't understand why he's training with the development squad and not the first team.
