Would be so stupid if he goes for £5m. It's ridiculous how many we have sold already this year. The team is looking incredibly short.

He would easily have offers from much bigger teams, I imagine this is a load of .

This is the one youth player I would be upset to see go. Really seems to have grown as a player from his loans and is exciting to watch. 

 

I think Celtic makes sense. Brendan did a great job with sterling and hope he can do the same with Musonda.

No matter we sell him for 5mil, IF we have a buy back for him. Because his quality is obvious and we will be looking to buy forwards in a year or 2 (by the start of this season, willian will be 29 and pedro 30). So hopefully we sell him for cheap like delefoue, so that we can buy him cheap in a couple of years' time.

Yeah the Scottish league's are woeful, he wouldn't develop a great deal playing against hammer throwers 

Why should we sell him, he's such a talented player that should stay with us and gain experience with world class players, and for 5m?

It's best for us to sell him, it's just the practical way to do things.

He's not good enough to play for us and likely never will be.

The club are not actually interested in bringing through young players, we only bought Musonda so we could make a profit on him. 

Nobody brings through youth these days. 

Let him go to a smaller club that doesn't have to worry about winning trophies like us.

Brilliant news, hopefully he can impress in pre season, with Hazard out for the first month or so he may actually be needed

This is his big chance. Conte has evaluated him  for 6 months on the training pitch and see's an opportunity for him within the squad. He now needs to apply himself fully and immerse himself in the knowledge the coaching team will pass onto him. A big pre season awaits and if he gets the chance he needs to take it with both hands. Would be nice to see him get a run out in the friendly against L'Arse at Wembley.

New deal and some first team football. Great news, looks like a class talent. Got all the technical ability and if he can learn the work rate and positional side could be a very good player. I know a few Belgians who say he's their biggest talent since Hazard. Let's hope we don't send him down the Lukaku, De Bruyne route...

Officially given the 17 shirt and perhaps more interestingly the club put a successful request to the PL about his shirt name.

Hi Guys, I'm not sure whether this is entirely important to post but Charly Musonda has been given the Number 17 shirt this season.
I'm guessing it's likely he's staying then. 

Would like to see him get game time this season. He could do a job on the wings and maybe up front if needed.

I can't see him making it at this level. I thought we'd already sold him tbh.

Apparently Conte rates him highly and wants him to play a part this season, strange that he didn't get anytime last season when he was brought back though if this is the case.

well he came back half way through season didn't he? i also heard he picked up an injury a few weeks after returning, so he had to get used to our style of play/formation, but then also recovering from an injury. don't quote me on the injury though, i'm not 100% on that. 

Great news he's got a squad number. Probably deters another loan move, be interesting to see what football he gets and what impression he makes but with the amount we've already/set to loan out he must have impressed in training which is a good start!
