December 9, 201411 yr Dixon had a point about Lallana, guys creative, can't understand why he didn't get on
December 9, 201411 yr Juventus, Basel and Leverkusen in the pot as potential opponents in the next round. Shaktar and Barcelona/PSG as the other potentials. I guess Roma and CSKA Moscow are also potentials. Who does everyone want in the next round? Don't care tbh, I just think you have to play the top teams eventually so I'm really not fussed who Edited December 9, 201411 yr by Bobbywoodhogan
December 9, 201411 yr You have to tip your hat to Basel. They always draw a tough group and go up against the big ones and they always put in a performance. Their support is amazing as well. Well done Basel.....
December 9, 201411 yr Bizarre logic...why does Gerrard deserve to win the league more than anyone else?
December 9, 201411 yr Re: Liverpool 1-1 Basel FT« Reply #109 on: Today at 09:41:25 PM »Everyone was sh*t. Tactics were sh*t. Managers team sheet was sh*t. The only thing that was good was the free kick. Apart from that gerrard walked everyone. Gutted we're put. Didn't even get to enjoy this competition. BR after conceading the defeat to real doesn't deserve this competition.

December 9, 201411 yr Don't care tbh, I just think you have to play the top teams eventually so I'm really not fussed who I don't get the thinking behind that Bobby, you do eventually have to play the top teams but avoiding them can give you a much better chance of winning it. The top teams can be avoided till the semis at least and I'd rather wait till then to play the elite.
December 9, 201411 yr lol, Gerrard deserves better apparently Chiles is Gerrard's own personal cheer leader
December 9, 201411 yr Europa League doesn't start until Feb. Get Sturridge back and another striker and we are back in business.

December 9, 201411 yr Watched the match on Itv and have listened to the 'highlights' of the match on Radio Everyone was crying out for a Stevie Gerrard Captain Fantastic performance His free kick with 5 minutes to go was absolutely phenomenal.. completely flawless But for the other 97 minutes he was abject and absent haha
December 9, 201411 yr If Liverpool lose at United on Sunday King Brenny could well be back on the train to London Euston and begging Jose to be CFC academy coach once again
December 9, 201411 yr Enjoy http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=318737.0 A poster has this as his avatar: I wonder if he picked it at the end of tonight's game.
December 9, 201411 yr From the BBC Sport Website in September....... Liverpool back in the Champions League Liverpool are taking part in the Champions League for the ninth time. Their last appearance in the competition was in 2009-10. In that time, Liverpool have spent more than £400m on new players and changed manager three times, with Brendan Rodgers finally guiding them back to the promised land with a second-placed finish last term. "It has been too long," declared Rodgers in his programme notes. "We are not tourists in this competition. We believe it is where we belong." More bad news I fear for our friends at Anfield - their Champions League campaign has been so poor they are unlikely to make it into the seeds for the Europa League draw. Only the best 4 third placed sides dropping into the Europa League are seeded. Three sides already have better records than Liverpool. Schalke and a couple of others can also better them with a draw or win in their matches tomorrow night. One side Liverpool could play is Napoli. Brenda meets the FSW = pure entertainment
December 9, 201411 yr http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2c6qjr_aaron-ramsey-second-fantastic-goal-galatasaray-0-3-arsenal-09-12-2014-champions-league_sport Fair play to Aaron Ramsey. That's a stunning goal. Edited December 9, 201411 yr by Huttsey
December 9, 201411 yr Will Bayern drop the game tomorrow to ensure City is out? I have a feeling City won't make it out of the group tomorrow, even they win in Rome. So much for the spirit of Instanbul or whatever the fore lore is called..
December 9, 201411 yr Chiles is Gerrard's own personal cheer leader After reading this a couple of months ago i am sure Chiles is in love with him http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2014-06-14/adrian-chiles-why-i-love-steven-gerrard
