Last season I watched a good few on BT sports and it was like watching Scottish football crowd wise. Really depressing tbh.

Even in the championship here it’s pretty poor when you watch the show after MOTD, it seems fans are just not willing to pay over the odds anymore.

Look at United's expected line up against QPR.

 

 

That just looks like a mess to me, especially their defense. I honestly don't see them getting a top 4 finish this season. Before they have time to sort themselves out they will be too far behind.

If that is how they line up, you'd think QPR would have to be directing pressure against Di Maria's side, as I don't see him wanting to track back too much, and with Blackett as the LCB they could get carved up even by an attack as laughable as QPR's.

Blind wil provide really good support on that side though. To me that looks like a team that will smash 80% of the teams in the league and get riPped apart by a few.

What about MATA? The short guy is screwed again. I honestly believe he should exit in January. Gaal will not play him much & Mata needs to get his career on track.

United's central midfield is a strange one, they've spent £50m on Herrera and Blind but I personally don't think either of them are great players... Good players yes but great, top four quality? I dunno.

Throw in Felliani and it's just shy of £80m spent within a year and they still don't look balanced or convincing.
