Let me guess they going to say how much of a disgrace it is that Ivanovic wasn't charged and blame it on FA for bowing to pressure from Mourinho and saying that his influence on officials and the FA is too big blagh blagh blagh, bad for the Premier League, bad for English football etc etc though in reality they love him being here because they can do things like fill 15 minutes of a debate programme on a relatively quite weekend for football because if him.

Not breaking rank, simply dispelling the notion that the 'media' are one homogenous lump. They are not the Borg, they are not one mind.

 

In fact journalists are amongst the most contrary-minded people you could meet. In fact you'll find a diversity of opinion within most publications so getting four lead writers in one room will tend to lead to disagreement.

I must admit I looked at what was on and said to my hubby what a piss poor game to choose.  And then when they said at half time how disappointing the game was, said well what did they expect!

it was still a crap decision by the beeb...id rather watch bradford v fulham (if they'd somehow managed to defeat sunderland in the replay)than a dire midland derby against two sh*t sides...to make matters worse, the editor seemed to feel it was necessary to show sherwood in his seat every 60 seconds...very irritating...they were talking about him like he was some great manager, when he's only had a few months in charge of spu*s before this
