They still had as many players in their starting XI as us. It's just in the summer Jose bought Costa and Fabregas, while Brenton bought Balotelli and Markovic.

Also the fact he's using signings as an excuse surely shows a lot of it is his fault? Just because the players he decided to sign haven't worked out and ours have says more about the Managers than anyone else.
