Interesting watching Delle Ali's progress with Spurs this season in comparison to RLC; the former has been given game time, developing nicely and earned an England cap, while the latter gets hauled off 45mins into a match and has never been seen again.

Yes, because RLC didn't want track back and play as the extra defender against the worst team in the league, make lots of sense to me. I don't even want watch EPL highlights any more, because other teams are playing a completely different level of football right now. The way we have been playing, it's almost impossible to score from open play.

Which champions league matches are ya'll watching?

Was going to ask the same thing can't decide which one to go for Christensen is playing against Juve and then there is the Manchesters

I think i will go for city the other 2 look set to be pretty dull

Wow city ripping Sevilla apart almost 3-0 although I guarantee if this was Chelsea the 2nd goal would have been called back for a free kick due to Sterling's push on the Sevilla's RB to win back the ball.

I know I've totally missed something here, but why are City booing the champions league anthem?!

Lack of any real punishment given to clubs after their players have been subjected to racial abuse, including monkey chants and then UEFA giving them a disproportionate punishment for failing to meet FFP.

Basically booing UEFA's f**ked up sense of justice.

i can handle the english clubs doing well this year; we need to start repping the premier league collectively. england has fell so far behind in europe, we need to claw our way back up there again.

btw, smalling is a really good defender. utd have a real gem there, if only we had him right now  .

I'm glad some opposition fans can see how good Smalling has become. He has been mocked a lot in his earlier years as he has not been that great on the ball and would often struggle to move a few yards with it at his feet.

I have no idea what has happened, but since that red card at City, he has become an absolute beast. He's also driving through and pushing forwards, which is a very good skill to have. Even his passing is ok now.

For me he is the best CB in the league at the minute, though I know many will disagree (usually based upon his reputation as a younger player).

Like it or not, got to say City has got many things right so far this season. Last season they looked static and slow in attack ( not bad as us right now but still bad), now they got players making runs into space, fullbacks overlapping, midfielders push up to hassle the opposition, even missing the Kun didn't stop them. Sure they conceded a few goals here and there, but always looked like scoring. They don't have full backs over 6'2, didn't bother that much either.

City have invested well, for his lack of technical skills that will develop, Sterling has given them a real directness.

KDB has enough technique for the other 19 teams in the league combined.

Silva and Aguero out injured, unbelievable squad. Id have them take the league over Arsenal (I really couldnt survive an Arsenal league win)
